It has been 143 days since the Curling v. Raffensperger case rested and Judge Totenberg estimated “about 30 days” to make her ruling. Is she going to wait until it is too late to do anything with the voting machines?
My guess is YES, she will delay her ruling until it is too late to do anything. Judge Totenberg is looking like she has been influenced or corrupted by pressure from the state. I bet she retires before making her ruling.
State does not understand the technology’: Plaintiffs rest their case in trial over Georgia’s voting machines..
After six years, a case over whether computer touchscreens used for voting in Georgia are vulnerable to hacking is finally getting a trial. Here’s what’s at stake, what’s been said so far in trial, and some of what’s happened during the case’s history.
“Are you impugning our “TOTALLY clean elections” with Trump’s Big Lie?” - various FR Democrat Party operatives
Justice delayed is justice denied.
Isnt there a set time frame ???
Her sister will chime right in, I’m sure.
Can the GA legislature simply say that the election will be all paper, since there are no assurances that the electronic voting system can be trusted?
The puppet masters of Georgia and federal politics(to include a wealthy guy that paid off Kemp’s campaign debt from ‘18, I’m betting) will not allow Kemp, Raffensberger, Carr, Duncan(even though he’s gone), a whole bunch of folks in the state legislature and 100s at the county/city level to be held accountable.
Georgia government, at all levels, has a sizable RINO-Democrat in disguise as a Republican-Chamber of Commerce whore chunk, that has achieved decision making positions. They are the root cause of all that is bad in the state and causing it to get worse.
A lot of folks are not liking what Kemp, Raffensberger, Carr, & the Economic Development Authority are doing to the state, residents feel powerless and are getting madder by the day with all the overdevelopment and ignoring the people.
Sadly, as mad as they get, far too many are fed up. So have realized how our open primaries can tilt a result, in addition to straight up fraud, so they’ve thrown the towel in.
I’d be willing to bet money that Kemp and Rattenspewer were using the Libertarian vote to skew “vote” totals for the last three Georgia “elections”.
They should talk to Ken Paxton, who is also working to get rid of open primaries. I think TX is having to do it through the party itself making the rules, since Dade Phelan (who won the primary because of democrats voting for him in the open primary) has kept the TX legislature itself hostage to the corruption.
The judge needs to be charged with a crime because it obvious what is going on and that judge cannot explain why they are obstructing the case.
Folks can say all they want about Hice. Don’t care.
Do the North Fulton/Buckhead/East Cobb “Republicans” not like him because he’s too Conservative, maybe even considered mean? Probably.
But Raffensberger was somewhere in the 20s and voila, wins the primary. Some articles had quotes from liberals that voted for him because they were afraid of Hice.
Personally, I want a savage. Someone that makes no effort to appease or work with the Left, in any form or fashion. The Left would happily like to all of gone. They be treated the same. Force them to move.
How can any, but the most blatant corrupt, look in the mirror knowing that they were saved by the other side.
Then again, the Phelan situation is all on the voters
We're on the same page, here!
Ken Paxton says the Phelan thing was all on the open primaries, if that’s what you mean. Phelan would have lost except for the democrats who voted for him in this latest primary.
A judge can’t just sit on a case and not doing anything forever. There must be some timeframe within which litigants can expect - or even demand - some kind of action. Any lawyers here know anything about that?
I read that he was saved by democrats from one area. Hadn’t heard anything from Paxton.
But from what i did read, Republican voter turn out was abysmal.
Can’t change anything if don’t do anything.
But people are frustrated and fed up.
And the states US Senators aren’t any prize either.
*smh*
