It’s been amusing to see Democrats realizing that their lawfare strategy against Trump hasn’t been working. First, the indictments only boosted Trump’s position in GOP primary polling, and then the New York trial didn’t even hurt him. Various polls since last week's verdict have shown little to no shift towards Joe Biden, and some even suggest a boost for Donald Trump.
So far, there’s little reason to believe that the verdict will be a watershed event that will help Biden retake the lead in the election. And Biden just got some more devastating news. A new poll of Virginia shows Trump and Biden in a dead heat.
While Virginia is not considered a battleground state this year, recent polling has shown that it is in play. And now, a new poll from Fox News shows that Biden and Trump are in a dead in Virginia, with both polling at 48%.
Biden gets strong backing from Black voters (73%), suburban women (58%), and college-educated voters (56%).
While Biden leads among Black voters, it is nowhere near where he was in 2020 – according to the Fox News Voter Analysis. In 2020, Biden won Blacks by 81 points, compared to 48 points in the new survey. Trump nearly triples his share among Black voters: 9% in 2020 to 25% today.
Trump's support is strongest among white evangelical Christians (80%), rural voters (63%), voters without a college degree (56%), and white voters (54%). There's no significant age gap, with voters under 30 and those 65 and over evenly split in their support for Biden and Trump.
Independents are divided (45% Biden, 43% Trump), and there's only a slight gender divide, with men leaning toward Trump (+5) and women toward Biden (+6).

Joe Biden won the state of Virginia by 10.1 percentage points over Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election. The final vote tallies in Virginia were:
Joe Biden: 2,413,568 votes (54.1%)
Donald Trump: 1,962,430 votes (44.0%)
If Biden loses VA, Trump will win over 300 EVs, guaranteed.
I live in VA and there are two counties up in NVA which will hold their totals till they see what Biden needs, and magically produce that number. They even kicked out the poll watchers a few years ago.
Biden is a total disaster and is unelectable in a fair election and they know it.
Blacks are leaving the Plantation in greater numbers than phony polls indicate.
“Black Lives MAGA” is gaining ground.

The irrepressible Republican Senator John Kennedy got off his best line (to date):
“Biden is in big trouble politically, his popularity’s polling right up there with fungal infections.”
Joe Biden won the counties of Northern VA, Trump won most of the rest of the state. This was another state that flipped to Biden only in the final results coming in.

I don’t think that will happen but it’s nice to hope for. Too many deep-state workers, a HUGE contingent of Indian immigrants and other leftist government hangers on there.

Yet, the Democrats are not panicking. Ask yourself why.
A fair and honest election where Democrats control the election infrastructure is rare. Dishonesty to a dem is as natural as breathing.

In the national popular vote, Biden had a 7M lead in 2020’s alleged result.
5M of this was Calif and 2M in NY. Illinois was 1M, adding to 8M, which Trump eroded across the country.
In no state did Trump win by over 1M. Not even Texas or Florida.
The national popular vote polling shows a small Trump lead. This is absolutely enormous change from 2020. It is this which is extending to the outright leads in Battlegrounds.
The Democrats are campaigning in denial that politics is not what it used to be. Independents are dominant and focused nationwide on the Border and the Swamp. Virginia being tied is a 10% shift, probably for Independents there, too.
America is going to have to play hell trying to outnumber Mayorkasse’s “Eighteen Million” freeloading killers and thieves this election.
There's only one poll that counts, and what really counts is who counts the votes.
