Breitbart ^ | 05/29/2204 | BREITBART LONDON

COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) – The Swedish government said Wednesday that it will donate 13 billion kronor ($1.23 billion) in military aid to Ukraine, in the largest package of assistance Sweden has so far donated.

“It consists of equipment that is at the top of Ukraine’s priority list,” Deputy Prime Minister Ebba Busch said. It includes air defense, artillery ammunition and armored vehicles.

Swedish Defense Minister Pål Jonsson reiterated that the country has ruled out for now sending any Swedish-built JAS 39 Gripen jets to Ukraine, saying the focus on the Ukrainian side is on implementing a F-16 fighter jet program.

The best spin I can put on this is that Europe knows Trump will probably win in November. Then a genuine peace conference will come. These armament shipments will put a bit of pressure on Putin to be reasonable at the conference.

The worst spin? One more big push should do it! Just as every leader thought during the endless meat grinder of WW1.

As a disclaimer, I have no dog in the Ukraine/Russia fight. There are no good guys here. But there could be one, should Trump return to the White House.

You speak of spin.

How ‘bout reality?

The reality that the Euros realize that Mother Russia is terminally ill. The present is the time to ensure if not death then institutionalization for several decades

I’m not so sure your “reality” isn’t spin as well. While I certainly don’t see Russia as any match for a unified Euro-US alliance in a full-scale conventional war, I do see them as imminently capable of getting what they want on a limited strategic scale. I see some sort of “revolution” in Russia as even more remote.

“Got to keep this going for some reason.”

Well it is Ukraine, no doubt there are kickbacks going to Swedes as well as the country is keeping up as the #1 money laundering country in the past generation. Just ask Hunter and his daddy.

Ok Baghdad Bob! The sanctions freed, yes freed, Russia from western corporate dominance. The surge in Russian owned and operated business exploded and now Russia is making much more of its own industrial parts, machinery, electronics, and software. After the war is over you can expect to see an export boom of Russian products.

Here is the word of your hero's in the IMF:

“How many billions does Ukraine need? When will it end?”

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Ukraine is fighting the world’s number one nuclear superpower : Russia.
How many billions does Russia need in order to invade tiny Ukraine?
40% of Russias ENTIRE budget is now oriented towards war against Ukraine...
So now you undestand why it’s ALSO costly for Ukraine.

Putin is pro-NATO.
Whitout him, Sweden and Finland would never have joined NATO.
And the majority of NATO countries now pay 2% of their GDP, that was unthinkable not so long ago.
NATO in full investment mode, its becoming a powerhouse.

Thus, the best thing that ever happened to NATO... is Putin!

“Sweden to Send $1.2 Billion to Ukraine in Military Aid”

In a few years, Sweden will be sending military aid to Russia, in exchange for Russian troops to help them get control of the millions of ‘new arrivals’.

The new money from Sweden will simply ensure that more Ukrainians will die, with no impact on the outcome of the war.

Russia’s economy is totally artificial, and thus has no future.
It’s solely based on warmongering feeding their Military Industrial Complex.
Once the war ends, those MIC companies will have a hard time to readapt to civil production. Many will not be able to. Which would crash Russia’s economy in a vey short period.

Russia is in a situation where it can’t afford stopping the war now.
Thus, forever wars and permanent warmongering is Russia’s only way to keep its economy afloat.

Typical deep-state behavior.

"Russia’s economy is totally artificial, and thus has no future."

You are dense. We live in a country that has been deindustrialized out of spite by our garbage ruling class and you try to make that claim? Go to Walmart and look at the manufacturing label and see that 95% of their products are from outside the United States. A country that cannot support manufacturing at a huge scale is not a superpower, it is a retarded trust fund baby siting on a pile of IOU's.
