Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski has threatened to leave the Republican Party over the nomination of Donald Trump.
Murkowski, who has long sought to undermine Trump and the wider conservative agenda, bemoaned the fact that he was once again the party’s nominee.
“I wish that as Republicans, we had … a nominee that I could get behind,” Murkowski said in an interview with CNN. “I certainly can’t get behind Donald Trump.”

Why aren’t the politicians bound by the positions/offices/parties they were elected by the people to fulfill? Isn’t it also abut what the people who voted her in (and constituents of all stripes) what they want and not about her personal animosity and emotional whims??? She’s never been a republican at heart anyways. And she’s been defeated in the last two elections only to eventually come out on top due to Alaska’s ranked voting system. Alaska needs to ditch that system and go back to traditional voting rules and procedures. THEN she can be voted out, and hopefully disappear from the political stage.
Fools in AK actually primaried the BITCH, then the bitch with the help of McConnell’s money did a write in campaign (fraudulent of course) and the bitch won with people WRITING her name in AFTER they overwhelmingly primaried her!!
If she ever did really was a republican at heart (doubtable) she left the party long ago but just hasn’t admitted it to the public.
