California is facing a steep rise in tuberculosis cases. In 2023, the number of tuberculosis cases increased by 271, or 15%, from 2022, according to California Department of Public Health data released in February. The rate of TB in the Golden State has increased each year since 2020, with it now holding the highest number and one of the highest rates of TB cases in the country. And deaths are also mounting.

Almost exclusively, TB in the US is of the “normal” variety, which is responsive to antibiotics. But there is also DRTB, which is drug resistant; VDRTB, very drug resistant; XDRTB, extra drug resistant; and TDRTB, totally drug resistant.
Only two outbreaks of the TDRTB have ever been recorded, both in India, and with 100% mortality to all infected.
It’s a government sponsored criminal invasion of our country then they all act alarmed and shocked when these once eradicated diseases start showing up again. What a con job.

There has been an increase in diseases once thought to be eradicated from the US. Malaria is also back.
One man was found with maggots in his nose. Sounds like a return of the screw worm fly a bane to cattlemen. But then maybe the dems want screw worms back so they can get people not to have meat.
