Nice spin but that is not what the article says. Read it for yourself: The Spy War: How the C.I.A. Secretly Helps Ukraine Fight Putin. All it shows is that the CIA cooperated with Ukraine in spying on Russia. Big deal! Everyone spies on everyone; and everyone knows it. If anything, the article shows that it was Ukraine that sought out CIA help, not the CIA that sought out Ukraine. Nice spin though. That is all that it is, Russian spin.
