It has been revealed that the Biden administration has been diverting resources from the Veterans Affairs (VA) organization to help illegal immigrants around the country.
Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) spoke about the matter with Fox Digital in an interview reported on Tuesday morning. The Alabama senator recently introduced a bill titled the "No VA Resources for Illegal Aliens Act" in order to prevent it from happening again.
uberville told the outlet, "They've opened up care from the doctors in these [VA] community care systems. The lines now in the VA's are getting longer. Our funds that are supposed to go to the veterans are going to these illegal immigrants that are coming across."
The VA told the news network earlier in December that it has had an interagency agreement with ICE’s Health Service Corps (IHSC) since 2002 to assist with reimbursements using the VA’s Financial Service Center's processing system when private providers take on medical care for illegal immigrants while they are at ICE detention centers.
Under the agreement, ICE will pay the processing fees and will reimburse private providers. However, the resources used by the VA's Financial Service Center has likely gotten overloaded with the mass amount of illegal immigration that has been ongoing over the southern border.
VA representatives told the outlet there is a "history of a backlog of medical claims which has resulted in veterans getting bills they shouldn't be getting, and … having dissatisfied community care providers who are not getting paid in a timely manner."
The senator was disappointed that the VA has not been able to care for the 19 million veterans across the country while the resources he mentioned have been diverted to help illegal immigrants that have been allowed into the US amidst the ongoing border crisis.
Tuberville added in the interview, "I think we've got a great opportunity to get this, maybe not to a vote, but at least where we discuss it on the floor, where the American people start to understand it."
My Father In Law, who is a WWII Navy Vet and will turn 100 in April, had Shingles in January. Couldn’t get into VA, so a family member had to take him to a clinic. He’s doing better, but not sure if he will ever see the inside of a VA in the future, if he needs it.
Taking money from our veterans to pay for the invading army that will destroy America.
Have an impeachment inquiry into the VA secretary. Forget about legislation.

Overall, the VA has been good to me, but the wait times for appointments are already pretty long, so I resent having to wait in line now behind illegal immigrants.
The sheep and willfully stupid will have no problem with this disgrace.
A sick mind would put illegal aliens ahead of U.S. Veterans.

They are a subsidiary of United Healthcare that accepts VA.
They can usually get you to see a civilian doctor or specialist quicker................
In my opinion this is traitorous. Why isn’t the head of the VA, the guy who got Obama into the WH, Denis McDonoug, being called out for this?

I don’t do a lot with the VA, but so far, have been well treated. Wondering how long this will last. These migrants have no business getting ANYTHING from the VA. They are not American Veterans, but one of these days(considering how things are progressing) I am wondering if they won’t be going to the head of the line for any & all benefits America has to offer. This needs to stop yesterday! I think we all know who is allowing this & everyone involved with it should be dismissed, impeached, fired, whatever can be done to put them out of business immediately!
This may be the reason why VA postponing veterans surgical procedures. Friend has been in need of cataract surgery for nearly two years now. VA tells him yes, he has cataracts but not bad enough to perform surgery, yet. So what does he do? Wait until he runs into a brick wall?
Obviously New Yorkers don’t care.
A lot of veterans and seniors have been convinced the GOP would take away their benefits if they got full control of the government. And yet so few will see that the Biden administration is doing precisely that (along with lower COL due to inflation, forced COVID vaccines, higher crime against seniors, etc.).
This report surfaced several months ago but was vehemently denied by the Biden Admin. This certainly calls for an investigation.
Biden forgot he did that.
