President Joe Biden wins South Carolina primary by over 90% following schedule change

President Joe Biden handily won the Democrat's first official primary election Saturday night, with the race called by the Associated Press 20 minutes after the polls closed.

Biden held an insurmountable lead over challengers Rep. Dean Philips, D-Minn, and self-help guru Marianne Williamson, commanding around 96% of the vote (with two thirds of the votes counted).

"As I said four years ago, this campaign is for everyone who has been knocked down, counted out and left behind. That is still true today," Biden said in a statement released by his campaign. "With more than 14 million new jobs and a record 24 straight months — two years — of the unemployment rate under 4%, including a record low unemployment rate for Black Americans, we are leaving no one behind."

The Democratic National Committee (DNC), the official apparatus of the party, reshuffled the traditional primary election line-up (Iowa then New Hampshire then South Carolina) arguing that the state's significant Black population. That same voting group is largely credited with resurrecting Biden's campaign after his disappointing results in the Iowa Caucuses and New Hampshire primary in 2020, where he came in fourth and fifth place, respectively.

Biden's endorsement by Rep. Jim Clyburn, D-S.C., then the House Majority Whip with a substantial political machine in the state, helped push Biden onto a series of Super Tuesday victories. The moment of those wins ultimately catapulted him to the White House.

The media will portray this as the greatest political victory ever. No opponent, so it’s not a major triumph. But he’s still the conquering hero. The man on the white horse.

About 111k in SC voted for Obama in 2012 even though he ran unopposed.

Pretty similar number, consider a few thousand of the 125K today didn’t vote for Joe.

I guess we know the number of true believers in SC.

There’s never that much turnout in these kinds of things when your guy is the incumbent and has the nomination in the bag, unless your guy is Trump and you want to stick it to the Deep State.

The tricky and scary thing is how many demoncrats are waiting to vote for Haley in a few weeks.

I was thinking of voting for one of Biden’s opponents as an Operation Chaos type move because by the time the Ohio primary comes around I figure Trump will be so far ahead in delegate count and Haley will have been forced to a humiliating exit, but I’m rethinking that.

I don’t think I really want any other D candidate almost winning a primary. I want to see the D’s be stuck with him.

Basicly, no votes.

The Big Guy has been the most successful president in US history.

He’s done everything he wanted to do to destroy this country and hasn’t been stopped yet.

God bless the rat voters of SC. They’ve overwhelmingly voted for a demented hack pervert twice. Let us not forget the and Rep Clyburn were culpable for saving his sorry ass campaign in 2020

“He’s the only person running for the Rat vote, isn’t he?

Rep. Dean Philips represents Min and has been active in government for a whopping total of 5 years and nobody knows who he is. He’s an invisible junior hose rep.

Marianne Williamson is a nobody from California that has been the organizer of such organizations, both nonprofit, as Peace Alliance and Project Angel Food. She’s better qualified to be a first lady as she is a POTUS.

This is why Biden got 96%. The other four percent hit the wrong button before they passed out on coke.

Biden and Putin both up for “election”. What a laugh!! Neither one of them has any serious opposition. Neither of them are “WINNING” anything, they simply steal their way to the top. Any opposition faces lawfare or poison or flying out a ten story window.

Both are criminals that should be in the deepest, darkest, hell hole prison in the World. I think that’s El Salvador.

Gee, thanks for the reminder. How does that POS keep getting elected in SC?

... same way our Texas nemesis John Cornyn keeps getting elected, I guess.

A pox on the calcified perverse Senate.
