The good news from the University of New Hampshire poll of Granite State Republican Primary voters is that Ron DeSantis doesn’t have much further to fall ahead of the open contest Jan. 23.
The bad news is that he’s at 5%, behind Donald Trump (39%), Nikki Haley (32%), Chris Christie (12%) and Vivek Ramaswamy (8%). And given that only 40% of DeSantis’ supporters say they are “definitely decided,” the data suggests his hard support is around 2%.

Yep. Marxist Democrats know this SCOTUS will never keep Trump off the ballot. They are free to abuse him and his supporters at their leisure, fundraise off their shenanigans, use it to GOTV, etc. This is all so obvious that Stevie Wonder even can see it.
Perhaps you are confused. His signing the bill didn’t make abortions legal. They were already legal. It outlawed some abortions that were previously legal. He then signed another bill making even more abortions illegal. It was perhaps the most that could be done at the time.
But the man that the highest ranking openly gay official in U.S. History called “the most pro-gay President in American history” objected strenuously even to that amount of restriction.
I find many who attack Desantis say things I can’t verify. Maybe they are true but when I search I don’t see facts to back those claims up.

I searched it and found while Desantis attacked Putin as a war criminal in March 2023 his more recent comments seem more along traditional conservative lines.
As of December he said he agrees with the main body of republicans in the House who favor limited intervention in Ukraine (as in funding). That he thinks supporting Israel is more important:

This reminds me of a Desantis enemy who said Desantis was in the pocket of globalists who pay him billions. Yet when I went to fact check sites I found his donors were local sources. Such as Repub Governors association and Indian tribes of Florida etc.

No one knows how SCOTUS is going to rule on this, but even if the chances of SCOTUS ruling in their favor are small, they’re still going to throw all they’ve got at Trump in hopes that some of it will stick. That’s how the left operates. They will undoubtedly try to pressure Justices to rule in their favor and they’ve had success at that in the past. Remember when Roberts switched last minute on Obamacare? And even if SCOTUS rules against them, if they can get a 6-3 or 5-4 split decision, they’ll gain some political value from the whole process.
And the criminal prosecutions? How about the stolen election (I’m assuming you’re willing to acknowledge the obvious election theft in 2020)? They want him so bad in 2024 that they cheated in 2020 to prevent him from winning? Come on man? Can’t you do better than that? I feel like I’m at tennis practice and you’re just throwing up lobs for me to smash.

Who said anything about a king? We’re in the middle of a primary campaign . No one’s stopping DeSantis from being on the ballot. You’re boy is losing and when he pulls out it will be because the voters didn’t want him, not because he was prevented from running.

By not debating or accepting only fluff interviews, he thinks he is above the fray. Trump is to be admired for his courage in fighting despite personal sacrifice, I acknowledge.

Going onto a Republican debate stage is not a debate. It’s an ambush in which the moderators are invariably participants. As far as only accepting fluff interviews, that describes DeSantis a lot more than it does Trump.
Trump has a history of wading into enemy territory for hostile interviews and undoubtedly would continue to do so if there was some benefit to him or to the voters. As it is now, there isn’t. Trump offers ample opportunity for voters to hear how he stands on the issues via numerous rallies, interviews and social media.
That’s a long-winded way of saying he signed a bill that legalized abortion.
