Yep. Marxist Democrats know this SCOTUS will never keep Trump off the ballot. They are free to abuse him and his supporters at their leisure, fundraise off their shenanigans, use it to GOTV, etc. This is all so obvious that Stevie Wonder even can see it.

No one knows how SCOTUS is going to rule on this, but even if the chances of SCOTUS ruling in their favor are small, they’re still going to throw all they’ve got at Trump in hopes that some of it will stick. That’s how the left operates. They will undoubtedly try to pressure Justices to rule in their favor and they’ve had success at that in the past. Remember when Roberts switched last minute on Obamacare? And even if SCOTUS rules against them, if they can get a 6-3 or 5-4 split decision, they’ll gain some political value from the whole process.
And the criminal prosecutions? How about the stolen election (I’m assuming you’re willing to acknowledge the obvious election theft in 2020)? They want him so bad in 2024 that they cheated in 2020 to prevent him from winning? Come on man? Can’t you do better than that?
