A majority of Americans say the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot was an “attack on democracy that should never be forgotten,” according to a Washington Post-University of Maryland poll released this week.
In the poll, 55 percent of respondents said the Capitol riot was an “attack on democracy that should never be forgotten,” but 43 percent said “too much is being made” of the riot and that it is “time to move on.
Thirty-seven percent of respondents said former President Trump bears “a great deal” of responsibility for the Capitol riot, and 16 percent said he bears a “good amount” of responsibility for it.

J6 was an assault on America by Nancy Pelosi, the FIB, and the Capitol Police. These, the J6 committee, and a multitude of other colluders deserve to trade places with the political prisoners currently in prison/jail. Except some need to have their departure to the next life expedited.

This demonstrates the power of the Government, or the deep state. It is so powerful that they can convince people that unarmed individuals are a threat to the Republic. That these unarmed people, whose main goal appears to have been to ‘force’ an investigation into 2020 election before certifying it, were a giant threat to the Republic.
Please note that the Democrat and deep state summer of looting, burning, destroying, and attacking federal buildings and law enforcement lethally, was of no significance. Those murders, that destruction, those government employees that were shot, murdered, or almost burned alive, only represented “Free Speach”, a protest turned into riot.

The poll was conducted Dec. 14-18 and included 1,024 respondents. The poll has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 4.1 percentage points.
‘Respondents?’ Registered/unregistered? Illegals included? Sampling ‘adjustments?’ It was probably a damned internet poll like YouGov. All these government-captured lickspittles want is that initial headline grabber - actual truth bedamned.
