Representative Jamie Raskin (D-MD) said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that he believed Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas “absolutely should recuse himself” from decisions on President Donald Trump’s ballot access case, adding, “the question is, what do we do if he doesn’t?”
Dana Bash asked, “Three of the sitting justices were appointed by Donald Trump and in addition to that, Justice Clarence Thomas’ wife, Ginny, texted Mark Meadows about the 2020 election, the lead up to January 6th, as you well know. Should any of the justices recuse themselves if they take this up?”

NONE of these hacks EVER called for RBG to recuse herself from abortion rulings or rulings where she had given speeches proclaiming support of various leftist causes.
He “should”? Only the Justice involved knows if he “should”, so the Justice gets to decide.
Democrats never recuse.
How does that work with SCOTUS? Can a judge be excluded from considering a case by a vote of his/her fellow judges? Or is the only way for him/her to say “sorry,I’m out”?

Supreme Court: You cannot remove Trump’s name from the ballot.
Democrat official: I think I can. In fact, I just did.
Supreme Court: Put his name back on the ballot, immediately!
Democrat official: Well, okay. I’ll get around to it.
To paraphrase Stalin, how many divisions has the Supreme Court?
Supreme Court: We’ll declare your electors null and void until you put him back on the ballot.
There are no Presidential elections and no “voting for President” in the Constitution.
The President is appointed by the State Legislatures, who choose 535 Electors to make the choice.
This is a plenary power of State Legislatures, the courts have nothing to do with it.
Jaime Ratskin should just shut up.

Raskin should shut the F’ck up. The left never recuses.
Yet, amazingly, despite chief justice roberts claim of no bias in judges,
crickets from the limp noodle chief justice john roberts.
RatSkin should recuse himself from Congress because he is clearly an enemy of America.
Just to be safe, Justice Thomas should avoid west Texas dude ranches.
Let’s compromise, Ginnie Thomas can refuse herself.
