CEO of IBM Arvind Krishna admits to using coercion to fire people and take away their bonuses unless they discriminate in the hiring process.

“You got to move both forward by a percentage that leads to a plus on your bonus," Krishna said about hiring Hispanics, "and by the way if you lose, you lose part of your bonus.”

"Asians are not an underrepresented minority in tech in America...I’m not going to finess this, for blacks we should try to get towards 13 percent," says Krishna.

Paul Cormier, the chairman of Red Hat, a subsidiary of IBM, says in the leaked recording that Red Hat has terminated people because they weren't willing to engage in racial discrimination through hiring and promotion.

It’s worse. Two of them are vying for the Oval Office. That mentality, where caste is in firmly in the mindset, is dangerous.

A boss of mine hired an Indian woman to paint murals in his home, and my co-worker and I were her first contact when she wanted to reach him. If he wasn’t available, she’d order us to find him, interrupt him, etc. The ATTITUDE, superior and condescending, was unbelievable!

We’d laugh at her, and she’d get mad. Finally, I have her a come-to-Jesus moment and explained how things work in America, i.e., no caste system. And she had been in the USA for maybe 30 years. It’s in their blood.

The dictionary meaning of Asian is someone who comes from or whose forebears came from the Asian continent. That means that people defined as white under statutory law, such as Turks, Lebanese, and Syrians, are actually Asians. So are the Russians who live in the Asian portion of the Russian Federation. The whole race issue is a pretext to divide the American population and is fundamentally a Communist concept. Even the term, racism, was coined by Leon Trotsky, Lenin's chief assistant.

He means his own people. He's pursuing DEI targets, as he makes clear in his talk - DEI targets seek to mirror actual population breakdowns in the workplace, and Indians are over-represented in tech already. He's very clearly stating that his managers will lose their bonuses if they hire more Indians and not enough blacks. He says he wants the black proportion of IBM's workforce at 13%, mirroring the proportion of blacks in the American population.

I never knew Indians are “Asian”.

I work with teams in Europe and Asia daily - it's an eye-opener to realize that the rest of the world is referring to Indians when they say "Asian". This is especially true in the UK, but it's pretty much true that "Asian" includes "Indian" everywhere except the US - here, our liberals decided that "Oriental" was no longer acceptable, so we use the word "Asian" for the people we used to call "Oriental".

At the last company I worked at they hired a guy from India to run the IT dept and he then replaced within a few years the 3 positions below him with people from India and the manager in our Help Desk dept then quit and he was replaced by a guy working out of Mexico.
