That is because Israel is concerned about fuel deliveries being diverted to Hamas.

If no fuel is being allowed in, maybe the “insane bureaucracy” doesn’t want full tanks on the delivery trucks to be siphoned? Good. They brought this on. Deal with it.

Maybe the UN should set up two or three committees to oversee the “insane bureaucracy” at the checkpoint. We’ll wait for their recommendations.

Instead of pressuring Israel into allowing supplies into a active war zone, why not pressure Egypt into allowing those that want to leave Gaza into Egypt where the humanitarian aid is?
The short answer is Egypt does not want them? Long answer is it is good propaganda to show the people in Gaza as “victims”.
Any aid going into Gaza will go to the terrorist first so why allow it?
