Despite health authorities' continued push for people to stay up to date on boosters, public interest appears to be waning. A recent study reveals why...
Most Americans eligible for a COVID-19 bivalent booster chose not to get it, and researchers say they now know why.
Previous research found that over 80 percent of Americans eligible for the booster decided against it. A new survey administered between February 13 and March 29 of nearly 2,200 Arizona respondents, averaging 53 years old, revealed why those who chose to forgo the booster did so in the fall of 2022.
Those who shied away from the shot reported doing so for five main reasons. Nearly 40 percent said they had already been infected with the COVID-19 virus. Over 30 percent were concerned about vaccine side effects, and 28.6 percent felt the bivalent booster would not provide more protection than the doses they had already received. About 23 percent were either concerned about vaccine safety or believed the extra dose would not protect against a COVID-19 infection. Twelve percent said they didn't think the booster would protect them against severe disease or death.
...
Side Effects..
The COVID-19 vaccine is known to be associated with several—albeit rare—side effects, including anaphylaxis, which occurs in approximately five cases per 1 million doses. Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) after COVID-19 vaccination is also a known side effect. GBS is a neuromuscular disorder resulting in damaged nerve cells that can then cause muscle weakness and sometimes paralysis.
Additionally, myocarditis and pericarditis after COVID-19 vaccination may also occur. Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle itself, while pericarditis is inflammation of the heart's outer lining. Data show males in their late teens through early 20s are most susceptible to the condition, and it is most likely to occur after a second dose of the vaccine.
Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS) (which causes blood clots) after COVID-19 vaccination has been observed but is more closely related to the J&J COVID vaccine.
After someone touches a hot stove they learn. Sometimes.
Refused. Interesting choice of wording.
Pfizer put up a billboard welcoming Mr Pfizer (Kelce) to Minnesota this weekend.
One of my docs at the started to put that down and I had him write “declined”. Which he did. So far 100% no CONvid juice at our house.

No flu shots, no covid shots...a perfect 0%
“Despite health authorities’ continued push for people to stay up to date on boosters”
I wonder if the mean all of the “health authorities” that were CAUGHT lying about the many hazards from the clot-shot.
Because that is a lot of ground to cover...
.
It also means that 1 in 5 still loves the fouchy ouchy more than strawberry cheesecake ice cream. And they vote.
I volunteered for the first two doses as part of the Moderna study, knowing there were some risks but seeing an opportunity to help potentially quicken a lifesaving “vaccine” treatment for particularly at risk people such as myself due to age and other factors. It should never have been mandated, and further testing should have been done prior to giving it to younger people - most of whom never should have taken it. Due to a move I had to drop out of the study after 1-1/2 years, and ultimately came down with a variant. I have no plans to take any more shots, don’t see any advantage at this point.
Shame.
All of those vials will soon expire.
Pharma will lose $Billions. Of course, Biden will see to it that they get reimbursed — from our tax dollars.

I have lost all faith in the CDC.

Unfortunately, a lot of people have fallen for antivax propaganda.
From the looks of it, this propaganda was targeted specifically at conservatives. Why? First, to undermine Trump and the pandemic control efforts. Second, to convince conservatives to refuse to protect themselves against Covid. Those spreading the propaganda have been successful on both fronts: Trump is no longer president, the pandemic is still sickening and killing people, and Republicans are around 7% more likely to die from Covid than Democrats. This is great news for leftists, who see this as a way to ensure election victories (without cheating) far into the future.
Seriously, there is absolutely no reason to be scared about the natural function of your immune system. The main difference between becoming immune by catching the disease or by getting vaccinated is that you don’t risk your life and health with a vaccine. You might feel a little under the weather—which is normal when the immune system goes to work—but you won’t be sick for days, weeks, or even months like you would be with Covid.

Roger that. No clue when the last flu shot was. Decades ago I’m sure. No plans either.
