Arizona Secretary of State and former cartel lawyer Adrian Fontes is reportedly questioning President Trump’s eligibility for the 2024 election in Arizona as he faces politicized indictments from the Biden Regime and upcoming trial dates.
This news comes after Katie Hobbs told a reporter that President Trump should be prosecuted by Arizona for challenging the 2020 presidential election.
The DOJ, Marxist DAs, and crooked state officials are working overtime to put Trump in prison to cover up for the Biden Crime Family and the failed Biden Administration and keep Trump out of the White House.
The accusation raised by Arizona’s Secretary of State is that President Trump “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” and is no longer eligible to hold office.

States. The state has traditionally gone Republican in presidential elections. Except for Bill Clinton’s
win in 1996, Arizona voted Republican from 1952 through 2016. However, that 2016 election saw
Donald Trump win by a narrower margin than other recent GOP nominees and in 2020 Joe Biden won
the state by 0.3%. Biden’s 49.4% support was the highest level for a Democratic candidate since 1964.

No need to state that he is “thinking about it”. Is there a chance he thinks about it and decides not to do it? Probably not.
Thus this language appears to be a signal to the left that another Trump indictment is indeed coming and they are working on the details.

The visit is infamous because absolutely no one showed up to rally for him.
A staged “rally” at the airport had all of 12 people.
Later that month if you recall there was a 100 mile long car rally for Trump, featuring tens of thousands of Trump supporters.
And Hobbs still wants us to believe that Biden won. And that she magically beat Kari Lake, by nearly the same infinitesimally small margins.
