Top Democrats urge Trump, supporters not to interfere with legal process

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) urged former President Trump and his supporters not to interfere with the legal process as it plays out in Georgia following Monday night’s indictment.

“As a nation built on the rule of law, we urge Mr. Trump, his supporters, and his critics to allow the legal process to proceed without outside interference,” the top Democrats in Congress wrote in a joint statement issued late Monday.

Their request comes after Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) announced the fourth indictment against Trump since April. The 19 co-defendants face charges related to a conspiracy to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.

This is accurate. I have urged DJT and RDS supporters to stop the vitriol between each other. The Democrat party is going to give the Trump Treatment to EVERY GOP NOMINEE from now on...and some RINOs and the Democrat-laden media will amplify their lies.

Thank you for referencing that article ChicagoConservative27.

"Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) urged former President Trump and his supporters not to interfere with the legal process [...]"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Regarding elite Democratic-alleged, Trump supporter interference with the legal process, to the best of my knowledge, Pence, Schumer and Jefferies blatantly ignored their oaths to protect and defend the Constitution by wrongly remaining silent on J6 concerning the feds investigating well-known allegations of ballot box fraud related to the 12th Amendment (12A; electoral vote rules) and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A) that section a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred.

Regarding the Section 2 penalty, consider the "hair trigger," zero tolerance wording of that clause that screams for the feds to investigate allegations of vote-counting fraud.

Consider that ballot box tampering effectively weakens the constitutionally enumerated voting power of qualified citizen voters imo.

In fact, if this were a better world, the federal government should be warning the states before every election that the feds will be darkening their doorway to investigate complaints about vote-counting problems.

That being said, patriots need to get ready ASAP to support hopeful Trump 47 by primarying ALL state and federal, lawmakers and executives, except for MTG, Gaetz, (and others?) for the 2024 primaries.

After all, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

Exclusive: Marjorie Taylor Greene ‘Dumbfounded’ GOP Colleagues Will Not Call for Biden’s Impeachment! (6.10.23)

In fact, consider that, since one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the big, bad federal government to dictate peacetime domestic policy is to run the US Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers imo), the worst problem that the country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of Trump-supporting freshman lawmakers is arguably a delay with mail delivery.

Trump can endorse candidates from lists that patriots who respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers provide for him, as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.

The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.

Patriots, let's not allow ourselves to be fooled for third time in 2024 by the corrupt, constitutionally undefined political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments.

“Let me correct your statement:

I guarantee you, there’ll never be another Republican in the WH again.”

Why? And whose fault is that? By all appearances over the past hundred years, the vast majority of Republicans and other non-Democommies are pretty much ok with that.

WIKI

End Poverty in California (EPIC) was a political campaign started in 1934 by socialist writer Upton Sinclair (best known as author of The Jungle). The movement formed the basis for Sinclair’s campaign for Governor of California in 1934. The plan called for a massive public works program, sweeping tax reform, and guaranteed pensions. It gained major popular support, with thousands joining End Poverty Leagues across the state. EPIC never came to fruition due to Sinclair’s defeat in the 1934 election, but is seen as an influence on New Deal programs enacted by President Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Sinclair laid out his vision for EPIC in his 1933 book I, Governor of California, and How I ended Poverty: A True Story of the Future. Specifically, the plan called for state seizure of idle factories and farm land where the owner had failed to pay property taxes. The government would then hire the unemployed to work on the farms and at the factories. The farms would then operate as self-sufficient, worker-run co-ops. EPIC also called for the implementation of California’s first state income tax. The tax was to be progressive, with the wealthiest being taxed at 30%. The plan would also have increased inheritance taxes and instituted a 4% tax on stock transfers. EPIC also included government-provided pensions for the old, disabled, and widowed. To implement EPIC, Sinclair called for the creation of three new government agencies: the California Authority for Land (CAL), the California Authority for Production (CAP), and the California Authority for Money (CAM). CAL was to implement the plan for seizure and cultivation of unused farm lands. CAP was to do the same for idle factories. CAM meanwhile was to be used to finance CAL and CAP by issuing scrip to workers and issues bonds for the purchase of lands, factories, and machinery.

The heads of Hollywood’s major movie studios strongly opposed EPIC, largely due to Sinclair’s proposal to hand over idle movie studio lots to unemployed film workers to make movies of their own. The studio heads reacted by threatening to move film operations to Florida and deducting money from employee paychecks to finance the campaign of Sinclair’s Republican opponent for governor, Frank Merriam.

without the backing of Roosevelt, Sinclair fell behind Merriam in the polls. On November 6, 1934, Merriam defeated Sinclair with 1,138,629 (48.9%) to Sinclair’s 879,537 (37.8%). Even in defeat, Sinclair received twice as many votes as any previous Democratic candidate for governor. In addition, two dozen candidates running on the EPIC platform were elected to the state legislature, including Culbert Olson, who became Governor four years later.

You mean like Antifa?
Or rioters in Portland and Seattle over decisions in court cases?
Or students rioting to prevent Ben Shapiro and Ann Coulter from speaking on college campuses?

That kind of stuff?

Didn’t think so. Those were all Dem supporters.
