Shouldn’t a person illegally entered and in the US be properly be labeled a “criminal.” What legal rights does our Constitution grant a foreign criminal? I really don’t know.

Yeah, I’m not seeing how they have jurisdiction here as Bexar County was not the county these illegals entered Texas, nor was that the county they were flown out of. The alleged crime did not take place in that county.
Of course, the real goal is to get the sound bites and do another ‘Culture of Corruption’ style blitz - and to do that, they really want to have charges filed somewhere in Texas.

The left, whether on the federal or state levels, can indict and get convictions against criminal Republicans. Meanwhile, the Republicans are still “investigating” and telling us all these crimes committed by Hitlery, Hunter, Biden himself, but there’s never any charges. No one is convicted. That’s how the justice system in America works! Cool, huh?
Could you imagine yourself crossing into a foreign country by evading their border guards, and instead of being sent back or detained you have govt sanctioned people driving you further into the heart of the nation so you can be put up in hotels, get three squares a day, free phone, medical, lawyers etc but then you also hear that these dumb people are taking each other to court, clogging up the system even more, all because you weren’t taken exactly where you might have wanted to go???
