If these filthy leftist animals are not going to stop they’ve crossed the line and they are going to keep charging republicans with crimes.

Of course republicans think what I’m about to say is crazy but they should start charging these district attorneys with crimes in return for misusing the criminal process.

Charge them with false arrest or kidnapping you start playing with the legal system you can turn anything into a crime which is exactly what they are doing with Trump. There are lawsuits and charges that can be brought for corruption and misuse of illegal process and all kinds of things.

This is a tactic used in South America to put the opposition in jail . Democrats are an evil force in our society and of course get away with it because of the media.

Charging? One marvels at the restraint of those who are well aware of what these Soros DAs are up to.

I am not a lawyer, but I sometimes play one on FreeRepublic. I did stay in a Holliday Inn Express sometime in the early two-thousands. Here’s how I understand the “justice system.” A Sherriff is a county official. He recommends charges to the county attorney, sometimes confusingly called a state’s attorney. But the county prosecutorial system is normally used for crimes in the county. A different authority, usually the Highway Patrol or the State Police recommend charges at the state level. The state of Texas could sue the state of Florida in civil court for damages. Criminal charges would be investigated by the FBI and an indictment would be made by the federal Department of Justice. In short, any sheriff recommending this or that is blowing smoke from his lower orifice. Presumably Florida is acting with the knowledge and approval of Texas, express or implied. It’s unlikely that any actual charges would be brought because nobody knows how the federal courts and later the Supremes might rule and nobody would like to chance a random crapshoot that could either narrowly define the powers of all governors or greatly expand them. Either outcome could be much worse than just letting sleeping dogs lie.

‘they should start charging these district attorneys with crimes in return for misusing the criminal process.’
That’s smart, giving them a taste of their own medicine! I like that!
