Premise Poll: Trump Only GOP Candidate Who Can Beat Biden

Former President Donald Trump is the only Republican candidate who can beat President Joe Biden in the general election, according to a new poll.

The former president is also dominating the GOP primary field, holding a decisive lead over his rivals for the Republican presidential nomination.

A new Premise poll found that, when given a choice between Trump and Biden, 43% of Americans prefer Trump, versus the 38% who said they prefer Biden, with 18% unsure.

In a general election race between Biden and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, 37% said they prefer Biden, compared to 33% who prefer DeSantis, and 29% were unsure.

In the nominating contest, the 45th president holds a 37-point lead over his closest competitor, with 58% of likely Republican primary voters saying they prefer Trump as the GOP candidate for president in 2024, over the 21% who said DeSantis should be the nominee. Former Vice President Mike Pence was at 5%, 3% said former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and 1% said tech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy.

The Premise poll showing Trump leading Biden by 5 points comes as an Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll released last week found that Biden's approval rating among Black voters — a key demographic group that has historically supported Democrats in national elections — has dropped to 58%.

In the early days of Biden's presidency, nearly 9 in 10 Black voters approved of his job performance.

And a Florida Atlantic University-Mainstreet Research poll could spell trouble for DeSantis, who has yet to announce a presidential bid but is widely expected to do so in the coming weeks.

Despite Trump's legal problems, 69% of registered Republican Florida voters say they will back Trump in 2024, with 18% saying they "somewhat support" Trump.

Sunshine State survey participants said they would back Trump over DeSantis, 59% to 31%.

The Premise poll was conducted May 12-15

The problem with “who can beat Biden” is that there is zero chance Biden will be the nominee.

God himself couldn’t beat Bite-Me, ... if the demoncrats get to count the votes (again).

Donald Trump is the only proven loser against Joe Biden. He’s the only 2024 GOP primary candidate who’s ever lost an election to Biden.

If this story is true then America is lost. One should be able to throw a tennis ball into a crowd of Republicans and whomever it hits should be able to beat Biden.

But it will be Gavin Newsom. Believe me I know someone who watches CNN and she’s head over heels about him.

Big Mike could be the nominee but will most likely take the VP slot.

Does Trump want to beat Biden? Seems like Biden and Trump do everything they can to make the other win.

Thanks to the gift of digital social media, and the Gauleiters of the teachers’ union, we have a generation of zombies, devoid of the capacity for critical thought. They love Biden because they have been told to, and nothing will penetrate the crust of ignorance to change their minds,

I know, I see them too. Living their lives like, ‘tra-la-la it doesn’t matter to me, now wheres that bong?’.

I see the same attitude from lots of adults these day too.

Trump and DeSantis shouldn’t be the only ones polled against Biden if you want to compare apples to apples.

Trump Only GOP Candidate Who Can Beat Biden

If thats true, then that only means that the next election will be rigged even moreso than the last one.

Even if polls were accurate-——not saying they are——ones this early are like “75% will vote for Hillary Clinton.”
Also just before he was killed there was a Time Magazine article that several states and trends were pointing toward Barry Goldwater winning big John F. Kennedy. Johnson then won 44 states plus DC.

What is sad is that anybody randomly picked from the phone book should beat Josef Stolen. Not just Trump.

Like it matters. Presidents are puppets to catch heat from the peanut gallery while the real power moves the country to where it wants and pretend everyone voted for the result. And most will argue and point fingers as to who is responsible. Welcome to the Boomtown.

In 2036 after four stolen elections,

Lol

If the little punk from Florida still has Trump as a contender in 2036, he’s a worse candidate than I thought.
