Bud Light suffered a bloodbath this past weekend.
Consumers nationwide revolted against the nation's top-selling beer brand after it stepped "recklessly" into the culture wars last week with its new spokesperson, transgender TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney, according to bar owners and beer-industry experts around the country.
"I think society flexes it muscles sometimes and reminds manufacturers that the consumer is still in charge," Jeff Fitter, owner of Case & Bucks, a restaurant and sports bar in Barnhart, Missouri, told FOX Business.
BUD LIGHT SAYS PACT WITH TRANS ACTIVIST DYLAN MULVANEY HELPS ‘AUTHENTICALLY CONNECT WITH AUDIENCES’
"In Bud Light's effort to be inclusive, they excluded almost everybody else, including their traditional audience."
He cited sports fans, working people and women as loyal Bud Light consumers the brand suddenly excluded in its race to go woke.

Repubs should elevate and pound the Trans issue. It’s such a loser for the Democrats.
Maybe she can save the brand by declaring it the Official Beer of Kwanzaa.
I guess not. Why aren't Disney stockholders, for example, seething mad about losing the sweetest deal the State of Florida every cut any corporation ever? I mean, they were a little sovereign statelet in Florida. How much was that worth? Disney decides to go to war with the Governor and they lose those rights of inestimable value? Why no stockholder revolt?
Weird.
Yep...couldn’t have happened to a bigger old fraud! Czech revenge!
Eff Bud.
Rinse, repeat.
“And guess what? All those “conservative” boycotter will be back drinking that piss within a year.”
This is my feeling as well. They may take some short term hits from their base. BUT they will have possibly brought on LGB people.
And then Bud Light drinkers are creatures of habit, the majority are likely to return.
IMO.. What AB should have done would be to revive an old/ discontinued product (e.g. Red Dog/ Plank Road) and marketed THAT specifically to that audience. If it is actually Bud Light in that can, even easier.
Yup.
I’m more offended that Bud Light is classified as “beer”…
Even full-strength Budweiser sucks. I can’t believe there’s actually a market for the watered-down kind. In cans no less. What on earth would you have to be used to swallowing, that would make you think this stuff by comparison was a good drink?
On the plus-side for the company....they have various deals with arenas/stadiums that Bud Light is the only beer offered or sold. On the negative...they need beverage shop cash flow.
I would argue on this...at time in the past 50 years....have we had so many varieties of beer offered in local beverage shops. As crappy as Bud Light was...some folks are probably shocked at the better offerings on the market.
Time is of the essence, lump in Anheuser Busch brand Corona with the upcoming holidays and maybe we can score the immediate firing of her before people lose interest.
does Alissa Heinerscheid even know a redneck?
<>I wonder what happens to the 25 year old VP of Marketing? Who is going to hire her next?<>
Probably the same people who hired the marketer of New Coke.
Yeah...I will never understand. My redneck brother used to drink BudLite by the gallon. If I take a sip of that crap it comes out a lot faster than it came in!
Ayn Rand wrote a book about this...Atlas Shrugged.
“My question is this: do the stockholders of these woke corporations ever get sick of watching their stockholder value wiped out by these moronic corporate dweebs pursing their little woke fantasies as their expense?”
They don’t seem to. No.
My question is this who subsidizes them to be doing social engineering over and above sales and consumer advocacy.
It’s obvious that’s what they’re doing.
I saw a clip of the VP of marketing for Bud Lite who, in addition to identifying herself as the “head” of Bud Lite, thanked her entire team (mostly women) for defending each other in promoting their shared values. It made me think that Anheuser-Busch (or InBev or whatever) had a fiduciary responsible to fire her or get sued by stockholders; she plainly was not primarily concerned with profitability or sales, but in the promotion of an ideology.
TL/DR: Boycott the whole damned company or your “protest” abstention from Bud Lite doesn’t mean crap.
They Don’t Care...
.
We will see .
The damage is done and They can’t fix It.
