Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is really making a name for himself on a national level, likely much to his eventual regret. After convincing a grand jury to bring preposterous charges against Donald Trump, Bragg had to find something to keep himself busy until Tuesday, and a New York garage attendant named Moussa Diarra offered him that opportunity. Diarra was working the overnight shift yesterday when he spotted Charles Rhodie rooting around the garage with a bag, apparently attempting to steal some of the tools and equipment in the garage.
Diarra confronted Rhodie and demanded to inspect the bag. Instead of complying, Rhodie pulled a gun from the bag and shot Diarra twice, once in the stomach, with the second shot grazing his head. Despite his injuries, Diarra wrested the gun away from Rhodie and shot him in return. So what did Bragg do about it? Obviously, he charged the garage attendant with attempted murder.
This is just par for the course when it comes to Bragg’s office. This incident is reminiscent of bodega operator Jose Alba, who wound up shooting a crazed man who attacked him with a knife behind the counter of his store. Bragg charged Alba with murder in that case, though the charges were eventually dropped.
To his (very minimal) credit, Bragg’s office also charged Charles Rhodie with attempted murder, but that’s really not the point here. The Soros-funded DA has established a long record of turning a blind eye to serious criminals, putting as many back out on the street as he can manage. He has one of the worst conviction rates of any DA in the country on the rare occasions that he actually takes criminals to trial.

Having been shot he had no way of knowing how long he would remain conscious and in control.
So the victim who was shot is charged? Did the perp get charges or is Bragg stupid? 🤓
“Why are they and, apparently everyone else, so confident that that’s the way it will go?”
Just a calculated move. If we react, they crush us, they win. If we take it, they know they’re hurting the country and hurting us, they win.
Their only risk is if it reaches critical mass, and we’re joined by “moderates” and the few democrats who can still reason. Very low risk.
Yup- another good point- he was fighting for his life- Bragg is obviously pro criminal, and anti-law abiding citizen
Yes the perp got charge of attempted murder too- but the victim in no way shape or form shoudl have been charged-
Bragg is a good example of a low IQ, low Achiever who used the Affirmative Action program to get a law license. Now he want his 10 cents worth of fame and notoriety by demeaning Trump.
We must stop ascribing the evil of the left and the deep State to stupidity.
Pelosi is not stupid. McConnell is not stupid. Bragg is not stupid. They are evil and traitors
By whom? The Democrats control the bar.
Who said anything about “code”?
New Yorkers just won’t wake up.
Oh well.
Bragg is about the worst DA in America. And he is definitely the worst for allowing black criminals to skate. I have to guess that his staff is all in on this. That his staff is black and guilt ridden white females.
It appears Bragg has quite a vendetta against white people. He is using his position to commit hate crimes.
Not being sarcastic, I really do not know.
Figures.
If that is the case, they can give up then. Because we are not going to react. They should have learned that when they stole the 2020 election and we did nothing. If they did not learn then, they should have learned when they rubbed our noses in it and we still did nothing.
Less than Zero... 🤓
“It does fit in with what Glenn Beck is saying. They want to push us until we react, then crush us.”
Except one thing.
There are more of us than there are of them..... The fact that we are as well armed as we are scares the piss out of them. That is why they are so hell bent on quickly enacting “assault weapons” bans, gun registrations, confiscations, ammo rationing, etc, etc.
Alvin the Chipmunk is way smarter that DA Bragg...
But, hey, anything to dump on Jews, right?
I had to do a little checking on that. All my life I had heard the term "beyond the pale" which was a phrase meaning beyond acceptable behavior. The idiom came from the British - Irish conflict over the centuries.
The noun pale, from the Latin palum, meant “a stake for fences” or “a fence made from such stakes.” By extension it came to be used for an area confined by a fence and for any boundary, limit, or restriction, both of these meanings dating from the late 1300s. The pale referred to in the idiom is usually taken to mean the English Pale, the part of Ireland under English rule, and therefore, as perceived by its rulers, within the bounds of civilization. This is the first I have heard of any Jewish connection to "The Pale."
How did an English word "Pale" become a word to define a Jewish persecution in Eastern Europe? I googled "Черта́" and it is just defined as boundary.
I guess Imperial Russian cultural appropriation strikes again.
