Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is really making a name for himself on a national level, likely much to his eventual regret. After convincing a grand jury to bring preposterous charges against Donald Trump, Bragg had to find something to keep himself busy until Tuesday, and a New York garage attendant named Moussa Diarra offered him that opportunity. Diarra was working the overnight shift yesterday when he spotted Charles Rhodie rooting around the garage with a bag, apparently attempting to steal some of the tools and equipment in the garage.
Diarra confronted Rhodie and demanded to inspect the bag. Instead of complying, Rhodie pulled a gun from the bag and shot Diarra twice, once in the stomach, with the second shot grazing his head. Despite his injuries, Diarra wrested the gun away from Rhodie and shot him in return. So what did Bragg do about it? Obviously, he charged the garage attendant with attempted murder.
This is just par for the course when it comes to Bragg’s office. This incident is reminiscent of bodega operator Jose Alba, who wound up shooting a crazed man who attacked him with a knife behind the counter of his store. Bragg charged Alba with murder in that case, though the charges were eventually dropped.
To his (very minimal) credit, Bragg’s office also charged Charles Rhodie with attempted murder, but that’s really not the point here. The Soros-funded DA has established a long record of turning a blind eye to serious criminals, putting as many back out on the street as he can manage. He has one of the worst conviction rates of any DA in the country on the rare occasions that he actually takes criminals to trial.

Lib ‘fact checkers’ claim the Bragg is not Soros-funded because Soros did not give him money directly. So that is a lie, they claim.
Rather the ‘truth’, according to them is Bragg got funds from a Soros-funded group. See the difference?

the scum on the left charge the victim claiming that the victim had disarmed the man so he was ‘no longer a threat’ and by shooting the criminal, while he was unarmed, it was a case of ‘attempted murder’
what they leave out is that the victim had no way of knowing if the criminal had another gun on him or some other weapon, and was fully within his right to keep defending himself against someone who, in no uncertain terms’ meant to murder the victim-
