NEW YORK – Donald Trump is expected to be indicted on Wednesday, but his arraignment in New York will not take place until next week, according to a new report from DailyMail.com.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s office is expected to formally charge the former president over hush money payments made to porn actress Stormy Daniels.
Following the indictment, arrangements will be made with Trump and his Secret Service detail for his surrender, after which he will travel to New York to be arraigned, the report said.
Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney, will be making the indictment.
If this occurs, Bragg and the others responsible should be introduced to Rule .308 of Uncivil Procedure.
There is too much powerful opposition to him and he will get stomped on for this.
When Al Gore made phone calls for campaign donations from his White House Office, and attended fund raisers at Buddhist Temples where he received foreign donations, he said "there was no controlling legal authority."
Not likely given the nature of these flimsy charges. Hes going to be arraigned… id be surprise if theres even bail, hell walk straight out. Its a misdemeanor charge at the center of the witch hunt.

That's if he's planning on charging him for violating a Federal crime. Andrew McCarthy, former U.S. prosecutor said that Bragg may try to charge Trump with falsifying his financial records in regards to the money that was paid, but even with that, McCarthy said that the statute of limitations on a felony charge of that type ran out after 5 years, not to mention that it is very hard to prove. At this point, nobody knows what Bragg is planning on charging Trump with, but most everyone is saying that it's a bad idea, and that anything Bragg attempts will likely fail.
I don't understand the guy. He's been highly criticized for treating violent offenders with kid gloves, and trying to punish innocent people...not just Trump. If he wants to go down in flames by trying something this stupid, I say, give him a long enough rope so he can hang himself.
