NEW YORK – Donald Trump is expected to be indicted on Wednesday, but his arraignment in New York will not take place until next week, according to a new report from DailyMail.com.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s office is expected to formally charge the former president over hush money payments made to porn actress Stormy Daniels.
Following the indictment, arrangements will be made with Trump and his Secret Service detail for his surrender, after which he will travel to New York to be arraigned, the report said.
Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney, will be making the indictment.
Personally, I tend to think you may be right.

I feel an angle is the whole Desantis/Trump feud is not what folks think it is. The banter there does not seem impulsive and seems purposeful. To what end, I do not know. It sure is interesting.

The Secret Service has total jurisdiction over Trump’s security unless he himself relinquishes it. They will not allow him to be put in a hazardous environment — Rikers included…

You are correct. Even if he is arrested, which in not at all certain.
No one will say what charge(s) he is supposed to be indicted on. You can’t indict someone without specific charges. Bragg is making this up as he goes along, and will likely draw the charges from his big political hat. The Demorat-run Tammany Hall is alive and well in the New York City.
