New Senator Vance went to the actual creeks involved in Palestine, Ohio and showed that they contain chemical, that creatures are dead, and that authorities are lying.
Declaring something is clean within days of dumping poison all around is just ridiculous on its surface. Who with half a brain can believe that.

Federal incompetence meets skepticism, flowing into Cincinnati. The source of federal incompetence in this case is Biden and the method he used to appoint the heads FEMA, the EPA and DOT. The heads of these government cesspools were chosen because they are female, black, and homosexual respectively. They have no other qualifications.

Norfolk Southern Railroad Emergency Response Planning Guide4.4 Norfolk Southern Response Resources
In the case of most derailments or spills, local responders do not have the equipment or expertise to handle large spill cleanup or railroad re-railing operations. Norfolk Southern recognizes its role in providing this specialized expertise and equipment to mitigate an incident. Norfolk Southern maintains standing contracts and agreements with various suppliers of these services. The plan didn't come together, despite their community concerns.

There must be thousands of private labs with no vested interest that can test this water. Surely all the lawyers descending have done this. At what point do people take whose word?

It is incredible to me that one word continues to be omitted from all reports (save for fringe sites like those of Mike Adams):
Dioxin.
The gaslighting has even evaded attention here at FR, despite the fact that it is on par with the virus/jabs gaslighting.

Of course they’re only about 400 miles from the accident. So the toxins were probably there within 24 hours, and well past them 24 hours later. So this symbolism.

finding "no detectable levels of the chemicals" from the train derailment to date. Nevertheless, the city will apply "additional optimized treatment [to Ohio River water] once the intakes are reopened, even if no chemicals are detected." So they found nothing but are acting like they did. Did something die suddenly?

Good morning, NN! Given the history of lies told to citizens by the feds it’s not surprising that their pronouncements of water safety are met with disbelief.
I saw an interview with a fellow from Johns Hopkins that studies this for a living- he said he’d wait to drink the water or go home if he lived there.
Maybe Cincinnati is “overreacting” maybe not, but I’m a fan of caution when all the facts aren’t in yet.
