Time to simply abolish the ATF and their arbitrary "laws."

What beggars belief is why they’re so convinced that short-barreled rifles are inherently evil in the first place. They’re less powerful than a full-size rifle but can be shot with better precision than a (stockless, unbraced) handgun.

From a strictly logical perspective, SBRs pose a lesser threat to public safety than either a handgun (fired off-hand) or a longer-barreled rifle.
