Guns proliferate throughout the criminal underground. The ATF's job is to keep guns out of the hands of criminals and, the ATF is failing, miserably.
Time to simply abolish the ATF and their arbitrary "laws."

What beggars belief is why they’re so convinced that short-barreled rifles are inherently evil in the first place. They’re less powerful than a full-size rifle but can be shot with better precision than a (stockless, unbraced) handgun.
From a strictly logical perspective, SBRs pose a lesser threat to public safety than either a handgun (fired off-hand) or a longer-barreled rifle.
