The University of California at San Francisco recently issued a public apology for conducting dermatology experiments on 2,600 incarcerated men. The experiments were conducted at the Vacaville facility in the 1960s and 1970s without obtaining the consent of inmates.
Dr Howard Maibach and Dr William Epstein, the faculty members at the institute’s dermatology department, conducted experiments on prisoners until 1977. They exposed the prisoners to herbicides and pesticides by injection.
Most of these prisoners were mentally ill and were either being assessed or treated for psychiatric illnesses. Besides, there are no medical records either to prove prisoners had provided their consent to these experiments.
Maibach and Epstein were trained at the University of Pennsylvania by Albert Kligman, a dermatologist who conducted unethical research on prisoners, most of whom were Black men, at Holmesburg Prison in Philadelphia from the 1950s to the 1970s.
Both Kligman and Epstein died, while Maibach is currently still an active member of the UCSF faculty. Arthur Caplan, professor of bioethics at New York University's Grossman School of Medicine, said informed consent is the core protection against involuntary experimentation.

Good points. Unfortunately, some never wake up. We just finished a huge experiment in immunology without consent. The chief culprit escaped unscathed with a pot of cash to boot.

And Fauci.
Meanwhile, in another story, inmates apologize for theft, rape, murder, drug trafficking, embezzlement, and bank robberies in hopes of obtaining tenure at institutes of higher learning. Said an inmate spokesman, when asked how the inmates would fit into the social scene on campuses, replied “ No one is more institutionalized than a 3 strikes offender” .
These were mentally ill inmates.
It’s a real scandal how easily medical doctors join in committing atrocities. Even worse is the silence from other doctors.
Uh...there was a massive medical experiment called the covid vaccines which were executed through force, threat and coersion.

and promises, in the future, to only conduct such experiments on Indian reservations or Planned Parenthood facilities.
They’ll blame Reagan.

“CDC Director Walensky Commemorates The 50th Anniversary Of The ‘Suffering & Sacrifice’ Of The Tuskegee Experiment”
That’s what the CDC thinks about you and lesser creatures in general./s
