Yeah, you’d think this is a story from The Babylon Bee but nope … this guy (gal, person, whatever) has been charged for snagging luggage that doesn’t belong to him/her/them. Sheesh, trying to comply with the intersectional bruhaha of the day is a serious pain in the butt. Anywho …

Sam Brinton, one of the first “openly genderfluid individuals in federal government leadership,” was charged with felony theft last month after allegedly stealing a woman’s luggage at MSP Airport.
The MIT grad went viral earlier this year when he announced his new role as the deputy assistant secretary of the Office of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the U.S. Department of Energy.
“As one of if not the very first openly genderfluid individuals in federal government leadership, I was welcomed with open arms into the Department of Energy all the way up to the Secretary whom I shared the stage within a Pride month celebration panel just today,” Brinton wrote on Twitter at the time.
This is what happens when you start hiring people based on their identity versus their qualifications. Psh, look at our vice president if you don’t believe us.

I actually read the whole account on the NYPost earlier, and he’s more than a nutcase. And he’s in charge of nuclear waste?
He has a degree from MIT but his prior job (before the Biden Regime picked him) was as somebody doing transgender “counseling,” with a photo that showed him as a dominator holding a group of guys on leash...they were on all fours and were wearing dog masks. He’s apparently into bestiality, too - and not just with these faux dogs.
Somebody like this is simply crazy.
But the Dems are so committed to their destruction-of-American-society through transgenderism and racism that merely being crazy and unqualified doesn’t matter.
Now, now. I'm certain that if a member of the Trump administration had been caught stealing a woman's clothes in an airport, the MSM would have kid-gloved it all the way, out of respect for the Office of the President.
Perhaps it became more valuable to him because it was currently being used by a woman. But then he could have just bought a used one on eBay, and avoided the whole felony bother. Maybe the thrill of the theft entered into the decision, or maybe he was just acting on an impulse.

The initial steal happened in Minnesota so I expect little in the way of a conviction in that state.
However, he later transported the stolen luggage across state lines so a Federal Judge might be able to prosecute.
But would a Federal Prosecuting Attorney bring the case to a judge?
Probably not as they are all Biden appointees.
When you hire the mentally challenged, it doesn’t take long before you see the problems they rack up. Like Brandon’s “economy” which will be a disaster for at least the next two years.
Wow! Think how easily Russia could have stolen US Secrets if they had only known that they could buy Mr. Gender Flush with pink bags and maybe a pair of high heels! Wouldn’t have even needed to send an agent dressed in leather to seduce him for blackmail pictures.
