NEWTOWN, Penn. — John Fetterman, the state lieutenant governor, has won Pennsylvania’s high-voltage race for an open Senate seat, defeating celebrity TV doctor Mehmet Oz, bringing an end to one of the nastiest and most expensive campaigns of the year as both parties treated it as a potential tipping point for control of the chamber.
Fetterman will succeed Sen. Pat Toomey, a Republican who opted against seeking re-election.

When you look at how 81 million alleged voters elected a dementia-ridden, basement dwelling child sniffer and pedo, and a hugely corrupted politician who himself has problems speaking coherently elected as President, this should not have come as any surprise, at all. /s
Here’s reality: the Democrats have shown that if they can paint your candidate as wanting to eliminate all abortion, then you will lose.
Even if their candidate is literally brain damaged.
Be as pro-life as you want to be. Go convince women that abortion is evil.
But if you are seen as wanting to use the power of the State to restrict women’s ability to get an abortion, then you will lose. This is what we’ve seen.
I’m not saying promote “abortion up to birth”. I’m saying that being painted as wanting to eliminate abortion entirely will cause you to lose in many states.
Oz would have been better off saying “abortion is now a state issue” and kept it off the table.
I really wasn’t expecting a red wave. All I need to do is look at the place I live in and was born in and how it’s not even close to what I grew up in or what it was 20 years ago. Dubya started bringing in the third world about 22 years ago. Indians, Pakistanis, Asians and so forth. Those people have multiplied since and their progeny by BR citizenship are going to vote in their own interests.

My neighborhood in suburban DFW is almost all Indian. I am a minority in my own neighborhood.

It’s a sad comment on the state of our society, but TV ads -run constantly without cessation - are more important than anything, more important than everything else combined. More important than whether people think the country is going in the right direction, more important than the quality of any candidate.
And the Democrats, with all the money on Earth from the Soros, Bezos, Gates and Zuckerberg types, cannot be challenged in that arena. Their money is limitless, and the Republicans can’t compete.

I agree. The only way to win on this issue is to change the culture, one person at a time. We were winning on abortion, clinics were closing, it was harder to find doctors willing to do abortion. We were winning as long as we worked on it culturally.
Attempting to win politically before winning the culture guarantees you lose.
There are whole neighborhoods here that are now Indian or Muslim, that used to be White. My subdivision is now filled with Hispanics, and they keep pouring in the population of New Orleans into the suburbs. It’s a sanctuary city, but the Hispanics don’t want to live there. They put them all HERE about seven years ago. (2015)

We have no guarantee that DeSantis would be elected after being called the next Hitler, and he certainly will be.
We have all the data we need. The time to put your faith in the system is over. The electoral system is controlled by monsters, criminals and the idiots who bow and worship them.
You should be preparing to flee the former US, or for a hot Civil War, or martyrdom. Those are the options left.

Exactly. They couldn’t be bothered to think about everything just read on the talking points the TV told them. I tried talking to a couple like that recently and they could only regurgitate leftist talking points they saw on MSNBC.
I’m fairly sure Firemans handlers new to wait to agree to the beach after many people have voted. If they had done it earlier, it likely would’ve been a much different story.
Apparently it comes down to this.. never get between an American woman and her abortionist. Must’ve been some really pissed-off women out there.
