Ukraine's State Emergency Services said at least 11 people have been killed and more than 60 wounded in Russian missile strikes on several Ukrainian cities Monday.

The strikes are the largest coordinated assault on Ukrainian cities since the early days of the war. The Russian Defense Ministry said the strikes targeted Ukraine's military command and communication facilities and energy infrastructure.

At least six people were killed in Kyiv when missiles struck several locations in the city center during morning rush hour. Officials in the central city of Dnipro said four people were killed.

The leader of Ukraine's armed forces, Valeriy Zaluzhny, said around 75 Russian missiles were launched, of which more than 40 were shot down by Ukrainian forces.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the Russian forces had also used Iran-built armed attack drones.

Earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that 11 major infrastructure targets were hit in eight regions, causing widespread disruption to electricity, water and communications.

Emergency services wrote on Telegram that the regions of Lviv, Poltava, Sumy and Ternopil currently have no electricity following the strikes, with other regions experiencing partial disruptions.

“Ukraine's State Emergency Services said at least 11 people have been killed and more than 60 wounded in Russian missile strikes on several Ukrainian cities Monday.”

So the rus mongol pigs wasted 75 long range missiles to kill 11 civilians. These “people” are beyond stupid.

You mean, like sovereign American territory was Dutch and English?

I bet you don’t know a single person from the Donbas. I’ve known many over two decades.

There was no blood feud, it’s up there with Hitler’s blood libel. It’s a Kremlin lie.

There was no genocide. That was a Denis Pushilin lie that the Kremlin went along with.

There was a highly localised - and brief bug bloody - civil war in a handful of oblasts, between 2014 and 2016.

Since 2016 it’s been all over with the exception of an ongoing grudge match between Russian backed separatists and Ukrainian ultranationalists. Maybe 10,000 combatants in total across both sides kept it going.

The DNR publishes monthly and annual reports to the Kremlin on how many civilians. AND combatants died in this so-called genocide.

In all of 2021 it was under 80. (Far higher than the 25 reported to the UN, but still nowhere near genocide levels.)

https://preview.anychart.com/pg/teturll8.png

In January 2022, it was zero civilian casualties. From memory, there were less than 5 COMBATANTS killed on both sides in January.

And the DNR ombudsman was operating out of the FSB office building in Donetsk. It’s not as if they were rounding the numbers down for western Propaganda purposes.

3 deaths a week (mostly COMBATANTS) is not a genocide.

Don’t take my word for it. Ombudsman-dnr.ru is their website. It has English language translations for all past reports produced in Russian for Kremlin review.

I did search it.

Even the harshest critics put the number at less than half of the number you claim. Unless they are selling a book or work for a known propaganda outlet.

The Russians could, if they chose to, level any city at any time like we have in our shock and awe campaigns.

The Russians have shown amazing restraint during this war. It's long past time to do what President Trump has said and negotiate an end to the war and tell Ukraine it must let the ethnic Russian part of the country go its own way.

Failure is not my fault yo.
Failure was on your part.
And if you have source issues, not my problem, your problem.

Russia is running out of missiles

That's just not possible. Y'all said Russia ran out of missiles months ago. Which lie will you run with tomorrow?

Yes, and now Ukraine put Dmitry Medvedev on their 'wanted list'....one much like the deck of cards Bush had in the Iraq war.

It's pretty amazing how much of what Ukraine does is carbon copied by how the US handles conflicts and wars. ....that is unless one might consider the US is managing this conflict just as they managed and worked behind the scenes in the election.

Chechnya Is a Republic of Russia and the other two sit on its border. Now list the countries around the world that the US has either invade or fought proxy wars in over the last 30 years.

Thankfully we do not have the ability to put Marines in the streets of Moscow. And I’m guessing you were not a Marine.
Its hard to imagine the US military conquering Russia. All we can do is nuke it.
Odd fixation with DC, because of all the European empires, there Russian empire was the most friendly to America. The Brits have been very hostile to America success for 200+ years.

big difference between “running out” and “ran out”

and there won’t be another 75 missiles launched tomorrow (Russia can’t afford it), this was merely an old man’s temper tantrum with little military effect

Well ‘that war’ - which includes many nations....won't come because of Ukraine - who are not mentioned in that war.

I think Putin will eventually withdraw and keep his land-bridge to protect his eastern border and ports. How much of those areas annexed he'll let go or keep is another story as there's much confusion over those actual borders. And he may keep a “frozen conflict” going enough to prevent Zelensky ever getting into Nato........besides Nato doesn't want Ukraine unless they can completely control it's governance.

The success 0f the Atlas and Titan missiles and the Polaris SSBNs made the Jupiters unnecessary. The Russians knew it and that their own ICBMs were of dubious quality. Cuban missiles would level the field. So JFK actually won big. Forced K to publicly backdown and agreed to remove obsolete Jupiters that were no longer needed and remove them with little or no public notice. Pretty good job.

His most important job one might say was winning those mid-term elections and he did.

Too funny! I am quite familiar with logical fallacies; hell, I studied them in college in philosophy courses.

There is war because Russia invaded Ukraine. The issue in Donbas was an internal Ukrainian matter until Russia got directly involved in 2014 and invaded eastern Ukraine and annexed Crimea, which was part of Ukraine. Yes, that 2014 invasion was more of an infiltration than the full-scale invasion of 2022; but it was an invasion, nonetheless.

Ukraine and Russia were at peace up until then (2014); and even retained some element of peace until Russia’s full-scale invasion of 2022.

But it all goes back to Russia moving into Ukraine in 2014, as that set the ball in motion.

Read some history, son; and don’t get caught up in talking Russian talking points.

They should look at our example. We never invade anyone. At least we make it a rule not to have more that twenty wars going on at the same time… usually.

“ The unfortunate lesson of history is that Russia may not be brought to heel until US marines are on the streets of Moscow.”

I have seen a LOT of delusional writings on FR over the years. Hell, I’ve probably written some of them myself. But for sheer fantastical delusion, I’ve not ever seen one that topped this.

However, the US entered those conflicts trying to help the countries, NOT remove them from the map or annex them

by contrast, Russia started this with the stated intention of getting rid of Ukraine as an independent country, and annexing it into Russia

that’s the difference

lol. Let’s ask them how “helped” the feel. We just wanted to instal a puppet government. Every time. America has been much more imperialistic over the last 30 years.
