Democrat Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney signed an executive order Tuesday banning the carry of guns — even by concealed permit holders — in city parks and recreational centers.

FOX News reported the signing of the executive order, quoting Kenney as saying, “This gives them some protection, some peace of mind, some ability to call the authorities when some knucklehead decides they want to bring a gun into a rec center, and they see it, that’s part of what this is about.”

Following the lead of NY in direct contradiction of the recent USSC ruling. The Court neglected to immediately strike down the one, so now PA follows — and if they continue to let this abuse happen it’ll take a brave soul to:

- exercise his rights
- get arrested
- have his livelihood ruined, family shredded, life torn apart
- somehow yet then find the means to sue the state
- continue to find funds and support to chase appeals and appeals of appeals up to the USSC
- wait for them to finally knock down that one state’s law
- rebuild life from scratch with zero compensation for all losses

This is what they mean by lawfare. SURE you have a right, if you can outspend government.
