Totally unconsitutional, and violates Pensylvania’s pre-emption law to boot.
It profoundly violates the Commonwealth’s constitution as well. In Pa, the right to bear arms “shall not be questioned”. That’s clearer than the 2nd Amendment, in my opinion. But of course the Democrat/RINO packed Pennsylvania Supreme Court cannot read and understand simple words. Those eff’n idiots are the types that don’t even know the definition of a woman.
