Wisconsin Senate candidate Mandela Barnes believes it is “foolish” to think the United States’ wealth was “justly earned,” a resurfaced video from 2021 revealed.
“I didn’t even get to the point about Critical Race Theory,” Barnes said in a video released by WKOW ABC over the weekend. “That’s something else too. You know, it would be foolish to assume that the wealth of America was earned justly.”
The 2021 event, held by the Portage Area Chamber of Commerce, was advertised as a question and answer session to discuss “issues of racism and systemic racism as they affect rural communities.”
“Things were bad,” Barnes also said during the event about the founding of the nation. “Things were terrible. The founding of this nation? Awful.”
The comments were revealed after Barnes stated he wants to “stymie capitalism” and free enterprise would put the world on a “path to destruction”:

WHAT!! you mean you didn’t ge your “white privilege” money from the bank every month like the rest of us do? You know the money the banks collect from poor people and blacks and then give to white males.
And they tell us that “everyone is patriotic,” or “Don’t question my patriotism.”
The left’s theory of economics is, in a word, theft. That is all they know. They know nothing about the production of wealth.
Slavery was indeed a caste system, but when it was abolished, that caste system didn't go away, it simply got applied to everyone else in the nation who was not part of the rich elite in the northeast.
You know, they same corrupt bastards still running Washington DC today.
“..believes it is “foolish” to think the United States’ wealth was “justly earned,..”
That is what communists proclaim.
Believe me I earned mine. Thirty two years of teaching 82 twelve year olds every year.
Yeah let’s start with Kennedy, Rockefeller & Clintons, to name a few.
And, by the way, regarding that "to each according to their need" thing, we should let Mandela decide for us just what our needs are.
The fact his parents named him after a black Marxist suggests his entire life experience to present qualifies him to do so.
Rapidly coming to a town near you.
It’s too bad the MSM give him a platform. History is strewn with the wreckage of his kind of social reforms.
And here is something you apparently don't know. Southern slavery made Northeaster whites more wealth than it did for the Southern plantation owners who actually ran the slavery.
The numbers I have seen indicate 60% of all slave production ended up in the pockets of Northeastern "robber barons" and Washington DC.
Once you understand that this is true, you begin to see a light on why the "North" was so adamant about keeping the South in the Union.
My recollection is that Southern slavery produced between 5oo and 700 million per year going into Northern pockets.
And black folks wonder why some white folks don’t want to accept them into society.
Shut up...just shut up.
It’s a dog eat dog world, dawg.
Speak for yourself jerk. Millions of us out here work and have worked, earning honestly and adding wrinkles and arthritis as a result.
Liberals think capitalism is immoral to begin with. They approve, however, of a system that beats, tortures, murders and starves populations into submission, which is invariably what socialism resorts to.
Certainly applies where much of Congress is concerned. Besides, every time we buy an Apple gadget we contribute to slave labor.
As Randy Newman put it...
Now your northern n*****’s a negro
You see he’s got his dignity
Down here we’re too ignorant to realize
That the North has set the n***** free
Yes he’s free to be put in a cage
In Harlem in New York City
And he’s free to be put in a cage
On the South Side of Chicago
And the West Side
And he’s free to be put in a cage
In Hough in Cleveland
And he’s free to be put in a cage
In East St. Louis
And he’s free to be put in a cage
In Fillmore in San Francisco
And he’s free to be put in a cage
In Roxbury in Boston
They’re gatherin’ ‘em up from miles around
Keepin’ the n*****s down
This homo says what?
Barnes was never educated, just indoctrinated.
