THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Plaintiff’s Motion for Judicial Oversight and Additional Relief (the “Motion”) [ECF No. 1], filed on August 22, 2022. The Court has reviewed the Motion, Plaintiff’s Supplemental Filing [ECF No. 28], the Government’s Response in Opposition [ECF No. 48], Plaintiff’s Reply [ECF No. 58], and the related filings [ECF Nos. 31, 39, 40 (sealed)]. The Court also held a hearing on the Motion on September 1, 2022. Pursuant to the Court’s equitable jurisdiction and inherent supervisory authority, and mindful of the need to ensure at least the appearance of fairness and integrity under the extraordinary circumstances presented, Plaintiff’s Motion [ECF No. 1] is GRANTED IN PART. The Court hereby authorizes the appointment of a special master to review the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorneyclient and/or executive privilege. Furthermore, in natural conjunction with that appointment, and consistent with the value and sequence of special master procedures, the Court also temporarily enjoins the Government from reviewing and using the seized materials for investigative purposes pending completion of the special master’s review or further Court order.

DOJ took Trump’s Medical Records and Tax Records, which is what the enemy has been seeking for 8 years. Surely the doj/fbi didn’t take pictures of them so that they could leak them. As Garland said, “you have to trust us”. //sarc//

Not only that, but the brief specifically states that Biden requested the FBI to raid Trump’s house in May. They probably mediated with Trump’s lawyers in June asking for access, and Trump’s lawyers told them to get a warrant.
So they picked the judge that had seen all of the files Trump produced for the Hillary Clinton suit, who then recused himself and wrote a blanket warrant for the FBI.
If you like your 4th amendment, you can keep your 4th amendment.

of course Biden lied, and I honestly believe they got permission from all the other living presidents. Which all hate Trump and want him gone no matter the cost.
The FBI lied about FISA requirements to FISC to get warrants they wanted, the DOJ supported it. Agents of the FBI/CIA were actively engaged in trying to topple a sitting US President, and the highest levels of deep state government ALLOWED it to happen, tacitly endorsed it and looked the other way on anything exculpatory for the President they were working to oust.
Fast forward... a demented and debilitated fraudulent President further encourages his subordinates to punish a former President they’ve cheated from office and that new President orders the FBI/DOJ to find some way to ‘get’ the former President as a possible 2024 opponent. And the DOJ/FBI opposes a special master to review their ‘evidence’.
[An aside.....is the FBI gonna preserve the underwear (Melania’s) they stuck in their pockets? Are they gonna get back that trophy pair they got for Biden?]
