DOJ took Trump’s Medical Records and Tax Records, which is what the enemy has been seeking for 8 years. Surely the doj/fbi didn’t take pictures of them so that they could leak them. As Garland said, “you have to trust us”. //sarc//

Quote
The Court also temporarily enjoins the Government from reviewing and using the seized materials for investigative purposes pending completion of the special master’s review or further Court order.

Boy, that’ll stop em /s

Next step is to see who the judge appoints as “Special Master.” I wonder if James Comey is in the running...

The FBI lied about FISA requirements to FISC to get warrants they wanted, the DOJ supported it. Agents of the FBI/CIA were actively engaged in trying to topple a sitting US President, and the highest levels of deep state government ALLOWED it to happen, tacitly endorsed it and looked the other way on anything exculpatory for the President they were working to oust.

Fast forward... a demented and debilitated fraudulent President further encourages his subordinates to punish a former President they’ve cheated from office and that new President orders the FBI/DOJ to find some way to ‘get’ the former President as a possible 2024 opponent. And the DOJ/FBI opposes a special master to review their ‘evidence’.

[An aside.....is the FBI gonna preserve the underwear (Melania’s) they stuck in their pockets? Are they gonna get back that trophy pair they got for Biden?]

Having determined that the exercise of jurisdiction is appropriate and that Plaintiff has
standing to bring the instant requests, the Court next considers the need for further review of the
seized material, as relates to Rule 41(g) and matters of privilege.
Although some of the seized items (e.g., articles of clothing) appear to be readily
identifiable as personal property, the parties’ submissions suggest the existence of genuine disputes
as to (1) whether certain seized documents constitute personal or presidential records, and
(2) whether certain seized personal effects have evidentiary value. Because those disputes are
bound up with Plaintiff’s Rule 41(g) request and involve issues of fact, the Court “must receive
evidence” from the parties thereon. See Fed. R. Crim. P. 41(g) (“The court must receive evidence
on any factual issue necessary to decide the motion.”). That step calls for comprehensive review
of the seized property.>>> They must have found some of the bloody shirts and stuff from the Nicole Simpson murder. What articles of clothing? Melania’s underwear? These people in the FBI are disgusting. and yes they are tainted and cannot be trusted as the judge so orders.
