Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost went on Primetime with Jesse Watters on Fox News on Monday and dropped some serious truth bombs on the viral but sketchy story of a 10-year-old pregnant rape victim that abortionist Dr. Caitlin Bernard claimed traveled to Indiana for an abortion because of Ohio’s restrictive abortion law.
We’ve poured a lot of cold water on her unbelievable and unverifiable claims over the last week, and now Yost has weighed in with more shocking details. “We have regular contact with prosecutors and local police and sheriffs and not a whisper anywhere,” said Yost.
“Something maybe even more telling,” he continued, “is that my office runs the state crime lab. Any case like this you’re going to have a rape kit, you’re going to have biological evidence, and you would be looking for DNA analysis.” Yost then dropped a huge bomb: “There is no case request for analysis that looks anything like this.”
Watters pointed out the obvious: that the pregnancy of a 10-year-old would most likely be incest and finding DNA evidence wouldn’t be hard. “If it’s a family member it’s even an easier way to find the DNA right there! You call the father, the uncle, the grandfather, anything and get the guy’s DNA and you lock him up.”
Watters also pointed out that it’s a crime to hide child rape. “They [doctors] have to report that to law enforcement and if they don’t, that abortion doctor or any doctor should be prosecuted in your state.”
Yost agreed. “We don’t know who the originating doctor in Ohio was, if they even exist. The bottom line is it’s a crime if you are a mandated reporter if you fail to report.”

Just because a bunch of reporters write the same vague story with no actual facts does not mean that the story is true or ever real.

Any sexual contact with a ten-year-old is a rape. Any rape of a child triggers a mandatory reporting requirement on any medical personnel, teacher or law enforcement person aware of it. Arrest the Doctor/abortionist who spread the story for failing to file a report. If one WAS filed and is being buried, arrest the bureaucrat WHO GAVE THE ORDER.

The Left is in a very tenuous situation here. If they don’t report as they’re required, their hero doctor is likely to face charges for failure to report. If they do, and they can’t find a perp, it starts to become a snowball of lies. Protecting a child rapist is abominable, and any attempt to ask for public calm or acceptance is going to be met with swift political revulsion.
Try as they might, they’ll never normalize paedophilia. They’re trying really hard through alternative means, but direct addressing of this is going to get real messy, real quick.
Well about 95% of the people here did not seem to question the story at all when it first came out.
The Democrats lied about something .... the real shocker is when they tell the truth ... Hey, I’m sure that will happen some day.

I hope there’s a law under which they can arrest that abortionist who brought this up and seriously prosecute her for this hoax.
I am SO SO sick of the thousand of liberal hoaxes we have to put up with. Just today the news was that Oberlin college is now on the hook for another $4 million of interest payments to the bakery they smeared.
