Still an issue. I heard on Fox yesterday that the Indiana doctor, I believe that’s Bernard, had some sort of HIPPA violation charged, though I suppose that’s not an issue if there was no patient. Haven’t found that in any news search though. In any case it would seem authorities in both states should be looking at the incident.
