Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost went on Primetime with Jesse Watters on Fox News on Monday and dropped some serious truth bombs on the viral but sketchy story of a 10-year-old pregnant rape victim that abortionist Dr. Caitlin Bernard claimed traveled to Indiana for an abortion because of Ohio’s restrictive abortion law.
We’ve poured a lot of cold water on her unbelievable and unverifiable claims over the last week, and now Yost has weighed in with more shocking details. “We have regular contact with prosecutors and local police and sheriffs and not a whisper anywhere,” said Yost.
“Something maybe even more telling,” he continued, “is that my office runs the state crime lab. Any case like this you’re going to have a rape kit, you’re going to have biological evidence, and you would be looking for DNA analysis.” Yost then dropped a huge bomb: “There is no case request for analysis that looks anything like this.”
Watters pointed out the obvious: that the pregnancy of a 10-year-old would most likely be incest and finding DNA evidence wouldn’t be hard. “If it’s a family member it’s even an easier way to find the DNA right there! You call the father, the uncle, the grandfather, anything and get the guy’s DNA and you lock him up.”
Watters also pointed out that it’s a crime to hide child rape. “They [doctors] have to report that to law enforcement and if they don’t, that abortion doctor or any doctor should be prosecuted in your state.”
Yost agreed. “We don’t know who the originating doctor in Ohio was, if they even exist. The bottom line is it’s a crime if you are a mandated reporter if you fail to report.”

There's your problem. Many people emote, and fail to think.
You might want to ask the baby, whose life is on the line, what he thinks about abortion.
Even if the story of the ten-year-old were true, this is not why the vast majority of abortions happen. It’s not because of rape or incest or a health issue, it’s because someone exercising her own free will got pregnant who was not prepared to be. Someone, therefore, who had no damn business having sex.
And the reason that the rabid femi-nazis want abortion-on-demand from conception to the moment of birth is not because they give a crap about anyone other than themselves, it’s because they want absolute power over men and over life and death.
And the men I see marching for ‘women’s rights’ are actually marching for unrestricted sex with any woman they want with no consequences. They don’t want the party that’s been going since the so-called ‘sexual revolution’ to end.
So let’s not accept the premise that abortion-on-demand is about protecting women and girls. It’s about power, pure and simple. Nothing else.
I wish I could believe you.
But for the past 80 years they have been pushing "children are sexual from birth". And you will find people mindlessly repeating it.
This is such a teed up shot for the right to take. One Jesse Waters segment isn’t enough. Biden repeated this to the nation. So now where is this child rapist? Stop going on about Hunter and force answers on this.
Still an issue. I heard on Fox yesterday that the Indiana doctor, I believe that’s Bernard, had some sort of HIPPA violation charged, though I suppose that’s not an issue if there was no patient. Haven’t found that in any news search though. In any case it would seem authorities in both states should be looking at the incident.
Yost (Ohio attorney general) added that the Ohio law banning abortion after six weeks of pregnancy has a “medical-emergency exception broader than just the life of the mother. This young girl, if she exists and if this horrible thing actually happened to her . . . she did not have to leave Ohio” to receive an abortion.
