Christina Bobb, an attorney who has supported Donald Trump's legal challenge to overturn the 2020 election, has suggested a scenario in which the former president could be reinstated after the midterm elections in November.
Bobb told the conservative news outlet the Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN) what she thought could happen in states in which there was "evidence that Joe Biden cheated" in the election Trump and his allies have continuously claimed was fraudulent.
"They could withdraw their electors, or they could actually decide to award Trump electors, although I would anticipate they will probably just withdraw the electors," she said.
"If that happens from three different states, three different resolutions go into Congress," she said it would then be up to Congress to decide "whether they want to accept the resolutions, whether they want to act on them or not."

It's a real shame that lawyers like her lead ordinary people astray as to what is possible. She just creates false hopes that induce people into speaking/acting stupidly, and gives other conservatives a bad name.

Stop helping the Dems by keeping the GOP divided in their short term goals. We need to focus on the Mid-Terms as is, and for their own sake. We don’t need to complicate or confuse the issues by making such a claim.
Next thing you know, Christina will be go full on Sidney Powell and begin screaming into a microphone to ‘Release The Kraken!!’ No. We already took a ride on that rollercoaster.

If Trump becomes House Speaker in January 2023 he will be just behind Kamaltoe for the Presidency. That’s the only constitutional way for him to regain the White House before 2025.

Her scenario makes for interesting reading, but it is a fantasy as there is no provision in the Constitution that supports it.
The only tool Congress has here is impeachment. This possibly has been discussed before:
Step 1: A MAGA House of Representatives appoints Trump as Speaker.
Step 2: Congress swiftly impeaches and then convicts both Biden and Harris.
Step 3: Trump is sworn in as president by the line of succession.
This scenario is more plausible than Ms. Bobb‘s. And the chance of it happening is way less than a tenth of a percent.
For example, what would we think if we were told back in 2012 that within a few years, the entire world would shut down on account of a variation of the common flu. And that we would be forced to walk around with silly paper masks or face arrest and that loved ones would be forced to die alone in hospitals because we would not be allowed in there to spend their last hours with them.
We would say something like "Never happen. Period."
No one does. And based on this no one should.
I also don’t think it would happen but IF this scenario actually happened - reinstatement - it would occur after the 2-year timeline from the fraudulent Biden 2020 Usurpation.
Why do I say so? Because a President can be elected twice, BUT! But, that pesky but......a President can serve TWO terms up to a maximum of 10 years. Meaning? IF all that happened, Trump reinstated.... he can RUN AGAIN in 2024.
The last time this possibly could have happened was with LBJ after assuming the Presidency after JFK was assassinated. JFK just over two years in office and LBJ assumes. He coul have run for a second term legally. But he didn’t. Cronkite, Huntley and Brinkley, Dan Rather and all the leftists pretty much dissuaded him from that....
