Nonsense.
Plus the fact it was posted by MSN points to yet another Trump attack piece.
Trump will have to do this like everyone else.
Run for election.

My point is that even if he won that election (and I think he did) his ‘term’ from reinstatement means the result of that reelection becomes incomplete and open to serious question,

But how do you reinstate Trump to a term, even an incomplete term, unless he was the actual winner in 2020? And if he was the winner in 2020 then that's his second win.

The U.S. Constitution and the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 outline the presidential order of succession. The line of succession of cabinet officers is in the order of their agencies’ creation.

If the President of the United States is incapacitated, dies, resigns, is for any reason unable to hold his/her office, or is removed from office, he/she will be replaced in the following order:

Vice President
Speaker of the House
President Pro Tempore of the Senate
Secretary of State
Secretary of the Treasury
Secretary of Defense
Attorney General
Secretary of the Interior
Secretary of Agriculture
Secretary of Commerce
Secretary of Labor
Secretary of Health and Human Services
Secretary of Housing and Urban Development
Secretary of Transportation
Secretary of Energy
Secretary of Education
Secretary of Veterans Affairs
Secretary of Homeland Security

Okay... I give up. Your scenario won’t happen, anyway....

It really isn’t worth arguing about to make a case for DeSantis in 2024, IMO. It won’t happen, and Trump just gets a second term in 2024.. :0)

Nope! Never happen—no how no way. ONLY way would be to Make Trump Speaker of a GOP House—Then impeach Biden and Harris (not hard as both have exposed their corruption and incompetence for all to see). Then Trump could be placed in charge to select his VP—I vote for Rand Paul or Tucker. That is a super long shot and with the nation as divided as it is—cause for Civil War. Like before—Democrats will leave the Union first.

You forgot the convict Biden and Harris, which is necessary to remove them from office and which requires 67 votes in the Senate. Where you going to get them from?

Why is the DOJ investigating Trump’s electors? Surely they do not intimidate them?

Impeachment Conviction of Biden/Harris is a long shot at best. The Dems have control of the forth branch of Government (CIA & FBI) and the Fifth branch (The Main Stream Media and Hollywood), as well as the Sixth Branch (The oligarchs and Uber rich).

Is there a Withdrawing a State’s Electors Clause in the Constitution?

Fraud vitiates everything in all legal documents.

One doesn't need to put an "In Case of Fraud" clause in a legal contract, statutory code or the Constitution in every paragraph.

It's a basic self identifying principle. If an act was committed fraudulently, then the act hasn't been committed to completion.

The courts, the state legislatures and Congress at the very least would all need to act, or even a new election.

The chance of that happening are next to nil of course. The courts have already served notice that they are cowards, Congress is corrupt, the state legislatures aren't much better and the hand-wringers even here, will never let it happen.

But we should never let the concerned and the RINO's stop up from articulating what should happen.

No but it would have been fun had Pence rented a sack and not count electors originating from states who’s electors were selected by the state’s Sec of State and Judiciary.

Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, etc. The constitution requires the state legislature select their electors.

No reason for Pence to restrain himself to his own constitutional interpretation. Force the Supremes to stop him.

It won’t happen.

If it was possible, it would’ve already been done at sometime in our national history.

“It hasn’t.”

But it sure creates noise in the media sphere.

2020 must be fixed or there is no 2022 or 2024. Not a hard concept to grasp unless you don’t want it fixed as I suspect. 😆

Christina Bobb is a USMC (former) Jag officer and lawyer who has been in Arizona investigating voter fraud for at least a year when she reported for One America News. She has left OAN and is now working with President Trump’s team.

Under LBJ/JFK scenario LBJ served under 6 years and was elected once, so technically eligible. Under Trump succeeds via Speakerhood he served under 6 years and was elelected POTUS once, in ‘16, so is still eligible in ‘24. Under Bobb scenario he’s served less than 6 years but was actually elected twice since the that’s the reason for him replacing fake Joe. So probable not eligible in ‘24 (and if he were still eligible Nixon would have been eligible to run again.). So probably DeSantis in ‘24. Now if one is dreaming wildly enough to buy Bobb’s scenario its bonus is that it declares Biden never was a real POTUS, always was a fake. Some of what Joe had ‘done’ could probably be cancelled. There must be some law on what happens to what you did after being officially deemed such a fake, although it’s never been considered at this level. Might Rapinoe lose her medal? Might KJB lose her SCOTUS seat? It would be a big mess! But a bigger mess than leaving Joe there to ruin what more he could in spite of a GOP Congress could be argued. No way to get to 2/3 in Senate before ‘24 so veto overrides, much less impeachment convictions, are out. I’m not even sure they are enough red state rat Senators for a plane crash full of junketing such and term filling GOP replacements to get us there. And as that kind of disaster would swing a huge sympathy vote I don’t want it! I’m much happier with rational voting based on the current disaster.
