Haven't done the research, but I believe that precedent is that you can't unscramble the omelet. When an officeholder is found to have occupied the office wrongly, the fix is impeachment by the legislature and the rules of succession, or a special election ordered by the Court.

The Jan Six 2021 certification by VPOTUS sanitized the fraudulent 2020 national election.
It may seem like money laundering, nevertheless, it is our system, designed not so much to facilitate the detection and rooting out of electoral fraud as it is to foster stability and instill predictability.
