Disturbing new video obtained by The Post shows demented Robb Elementary School shooter Salvador Ramos grinning as he holds up a bag of blood-soaked dead cats.
The deranged 18-year-old gunman is seen smiling in the undated footage while sitting in the passenger seat of a pal’s car — holding up a clear plastic bag with at least two bloodied cats visible inside.

The sicko was previously rumored to have had a fascination with dead cats and had threatened to kidnap, kill and rape girls who shunned him online.
“The shooter was known for hurting cats,” said David Trevino Jr., who is related to the shooter’s grandmother by marriage, to The Post.
“He liked hurting animals,” Trevino said. “I’m told he killed the cats and carried around the bag of bodies for s***** and giggles.
“The video shows he was not right in the head,” he added. “He’s not all there. The video raises all sorts of red flags.”
One classmate said Ramos had a tendency to be “violent towards women” and was described by an ex-girlfriend as “scary.”

Maybe there IS something after all to ‘it takes a village’.
He obviously had no observant parents at home, but someone should have noticed this.
On homo sapiens...that we know of.
Who groomed him?
Who bought his weapons?
This sicko was an easy mark….as is obvious by his demented history.
Or the “village” did indeed raise him, and created a monster.
So they want us to give up firearms because of this lunatic?
I can’t believe that there wasn’t someone in the neighborhood who recognized that this kid was going dangerously wrong.
It may be that nobody likes busybodies, and a certain ‘omerta’ exists in some neighborhoods; but there are moments when someone needs to stand up.
There’s a headline you don’t see often.
If they set fires and torture animals, their next victims will be humans.

If you had taken his guns away, he would have used machetes and sliced them all into bits, poured gasoline around the screwl and burned them all alive, figured out how to make bombs and blown them all to bits....maybe with an even higher body count.
This guy should have been in jail. Who kept letting him go? Who would associate with such a person?
Why didn’t the women he stalked or whatever call LE?
This is insane. Something was really screwed up with this guy and even though he had run-ins with LE about threatening people why wasn’t he in jail?
This whole thing is on the government. They didn’t stop a manic when he threatened to kill people, they didn’t stop a maniac when he threatened women, they didn’t stop a maniac when he was cutting his face up, they didn’t stop a maniac when he was killing people’s pets, they didn’t stop a maniac while he was actively killing. But they did try to stop the Border Patrol from entering and offing this guy.
The Macdonald triad refers to the idea that there are three signs that can indicate whether someone will grow up to be a serial killer or other kind of violent criminal:
