On Thursday, during MSNBC’s “All In,” former Attorney General Eric Holder predicted “high-level” prosecutions of people close to former President Donald Trump.
When asked about the Department of Justice, Holder said, “After the revelations from the January 6 Committee and the great job that journalists have done in revealing a whole variety of things, I think you get a sense of the direction of this, and I think you are going to end up with high-level prosecutions of people close to Donald Trump. I think people at the Justice Department are going to be examined, certainly, people involved in the matter, people actually there on January 6, and people who directed them. The question ultimately is what happens to the ex-president. My guess is going to be that they are going to have significant, substantive proof they are going to be able to show that you have the intent, and as what I said before, I have said he has to be held accountable.”

It is amazing to see communists posting that Trump is a proven criminal.
They have proven nothing, but are absolutely sure of this.

If a US citizen were to export all the weapons, NVGs, classified comm sets, vehicles, aircraft, ammunition, etc., to the Taliban, that were left there in the hasty withdrawal, how many individual felonies could be charged? Counted at the rate of one felony for each unlicensed export to a known terrorist group, etc.

They may be charged but not convicted. One caveat: defense lawyers have to get any future trials out of DC. The jury pool is toxic.

If he had his way, anybody who ever said a positive word about Trump would be renditioned in the middle of the night and sent to a re education camp. If after two weeks of reprogramming, the person was Nota flaming lefty, Holder would want them shot. Maybe only 25% of the population would need to die, but that’s a small price for progress.

Holder is probably right, since Trump could not accomplish the prosecutions and convictions of Holder and others who deserved such, during his tenure as President. Of course, Trump had all of the DC/EU/China Swamp to hinder him.

I think it’s more like, “Trump WOULD not”. Maybe he did, but I don’t recall him bothering. It’s like he believed — and he did believe — that once he was president all of the past would be over and done with. With RATs, it’s never over and done with; they just regroup and find more energy.
