They may be charged but not convicted. One caveat: defense lawyers have to get any future trials out of DC. The jury pool is toxic.
The J6 committee was illegally formed. Instead of serving a legislative purpose, it is a de-facto Grand Jury.
All of its “findings” are rotten fruit and therefore should not be admitted in court.
