All according to plan.
The impact of double digit gas prices will be totally devastating to all pieces of the economy—best case.
The worst case cannot be discussed in polite company.
Resident Bonehead did this. Mask mandates are now crucial for dems to win in Nov. Gotta mail in your ballot or drop it off at a convenient location near you!
I miss Jimmy Carter.
But, on the plus side: no mean tweets.
Remember during the sharp increase in gas prices in 1979, pumps could not record a price higher than 99.9 cents per gallon? Eventually pumps were set up to accomodate a price over $1.00 per gallon.
It sounds like we are facing the same sort of situation here. Pumps which can’t accomodate a price over $9.99 per gallon will have to be reset to accomodate prices over $10.00 per gallon.
You hate to think the next step, having to reprogram to accomodate a price over $99.99 per gallon will ever happen. But with inflation, who knows what’s in our future?
From the headline, I was hoping they meant Washington DC
Has Barak/Biden closed any more drilling today?
I’m sure Jay Insleaze is fine with this.
It has been said before, “They voted for it!” I’m looking at you Patty Murray
now you know why they have been building all of those bike lanes
pedal power
they promise the jetsons and deliver the flintstones
I’m sure that the states will drop their gas taxes to help us common folk. You know, cutting back on their bennies.
I’m old enough to remember when a lot of stations had to add a column when it went over $1.00/gallon.
Cornell professor says rising gas prices are sign of improved economy
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ten gallons of gas for $100 ?
Twenty gallons of gas for $200 ?
The economy will totally collapse at that point.
The environmentally-Ill are celebrating
In 1969, when my father retired from the U.S. Air Force, our family moved from San Antonio, Texas, to Spokane, Washington.
We had been buying gasoline for 28 cents a gallon in Texas.
We were shocked to pay 36 cents a gallon in Spokane.
In those days, price swings of 5 cents a gallon were big news.
The oil companies will be sorry — forcing everyone into electric vehicles.
Until the power grid goes down.
