It doesn’t matter what he disputes. He doesn’t get to decide what compliance with discovery is. The judge does.
Read Tex. R. Civ. P. 215.
Connecticut has a similar rule.
If he’s so sure he was wronged, he can appeal. I’m sure he’ll have just as much success there.
So a judge anywhere in the US can issue a judgement and bankrupt anyone they want.
What a system...
As for your claims you are aware he has been deposed?
Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
If he kept his position to questioning whether it was a false flag, he might not have been able to sue.
So, the theory is that the Sandy Hook families were slandered because, due to circumstances in the news at that time, Alex Jones believed Sandy Hook was a fraud, but Richard Jewell was wrongly convicted by the Lame stream Media and the FBI in the court of public opinion, being falsely accused and harassed to death for the Olympic Park bombing, yet the guilty media was exonerated in court after Richard Jewell's death.
Every time I see that "Sandy Hook Promise" lady's commercial, I have an urge to shut her mouth for her. Every mother should profit from her child's death. /s
He says he has complied with everything and these judgments are nefarious and counter to justice
He made it and was deposed
He did indeed provide it. They demand a financial breakdown on how much income resulted from the Sandy Hook discussion. They say no such accounting exists and isn’t possible. That would be like asking Fox to explain which unique news stories on Tucker got income for My Pillow. Not which program, which topics.
He only sat for the deposition last week.
This deposition has nothing to do with liability, it’s all about damages.
He showed for depositions. The democrat judge demanded records that do not and cannot exist without a bizarre accounting process.
Grab any newspaper. How much did a specific editorial or letter to the editor generate in income? And proof is required.
The judges ruling took place in open court.
If Jones and his attorneys had video or audio of the depositions, and they definitely would if Jones had showed up, they would have have slapped the tapes down on the bench in front of the judge, in open court. They would have said the attorneys for the plaintiffs have committed perjury. They would have released the videos to the media to show the plaintiffs were lying. Jones would have broacast the depositions on his own show and provided dates and times. It would have been easy to prove he had cooperated.
So?
He’s been deposed and provided thousands of documents what more do they want....
He is a journalist and broadcaster and questioning events is not illegal
It doesn’t matter what he says.
The CT Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court already denied one of his appeals.
The Texas Supreme Court and the Texas Court of Appeals also rejected previous appeals in his cases.
But let me guess, all of these courts are part of the conspiracy right? Including the Texas Supreme Court, which is one of the most conservative in the country?
Good grief. Feelings should not apply. It's lunacy.
He’s been deposed in Connecticut but told them he does not want the video released (I believe)
“Alex did more than question. What he said was outrageous. “
Then maybe you could post the video. We would all love to see it. Of his saying it was a false flag and the families were in on it. I saw him question a lot of odd things in the news, like a father laughing on video just before he gave a media statement.
You must be able to locate it? Right?
Alex Jones wouldn’t be in this position if he hadn’t made poor choices. Actions have consequences.
It’s ongoing litigation these things take time and there can be many appeals.
“Jim Robinson banned his content for years, and I can understand why.”
He allows his content now, and I understand why.
To me it sounds like an agenda to shut him down even here on FR...
