By these rules, Trump should get control of NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN and others who destroyed his Presidency based on fabrications and lies.
This isn’t about “illegality.” Journalists and broadcasters don’t have cart blanc authority to commit slander and libel. It’s pretty hard to get a judgment against one due to NY Times v. Sullivan. The fact the clown Jones wouldn’t comply with discovery is pretty telling.
You clearly don’t understand how the law works. Jones was never deposed on liability. Hence the default judgments. The deposition that he finally sat for, after accruing thousands in fines is solely about damages at this stage.
You can be angry about it if you want, but it won’t change the outcome. If he has all this evidence that he’s being persecuted without cause, the CT and TX Supreme Court would be glad to hear it on appeal.
Let me know how that works out for him. Lol.
I noticed all of the interviews of grieving parents and crisis actors are nowhere to be found on you tube anymore. Wonder why.

He says he has complied with discovery and has provided thousands and thousands of documents to the court.
This is a narrow legal argument and the judge could be acting inappropriately.
Then he has nothing to worry about and he can prevail on appeal. Right? Lol.
The early deposition that Jones gave in one case was an absolute disaster for him. I can see why he tried the non-compliance route after that. But hey, if you and he think he did everything that he needed to, and two separate courts are just out to get him, then let’s see what the CT and TX Supreme Courts do.
I bet he still loses and it won’t be because of lizard men or conspiracy.

So you’re not allowed to question certain events like Smollett or the Syrian gas attack, WMDs, etc. These are all events Alex has questioned in his career (some he got right...)

And the longer it goes on the more his name is dragged through the mud.
Alex Jones becomes known as the Sandy Hook conspiracy theorist when it was only a very small part of the news he was covering at the time and even half the Internet were also speculating about it no matter how crass.
You absolutely can “question certain events.” There is a difference between questioning an official narrative and defamation.
Again he is disputing the defamation arguments he is never mentioned any of the parents by their names so it comes down to a narrow legal argument or definition.
This is going to be a very complicated case especially if they allow Alex to present his arguments.
Yes, that’s what it amounts to, “feelings.” Sorry, but this country has never just dismissed every libel/slander lawsuit by just saying “boo hoo, they hurt your feelings, get over it.”

I saw the video the day of the “shooting” It was the strangest school shooting video I ever saw.
I saw videos that implied that it was a government operation and I don’t question that there are individuals evil enough to kill innocents in order to push an agenda, but I wouldn’t go as far to claim that the families themselves were in on it.

For those of you with short memories, Alex Jones was the FIRST, numero uno, to be attacked, deplatformed, cancelled, dropped by every social media platform. They did everything to him except shoot him.
I don’t remember all the details, but I watched Infowars at that time and Alex brought up some very interesting oddities about Sandy Hook.
I don’t recall him saying the things people here are accusing him of. Maybe he did?
WHERE IS THE VIDEO? His program is broadcast “worldwide” on the Internet.
Instead of just attacking him, with no evidence, maybe y’all should look it up.
The left will use this option to get rid of any conservative talk show host.. Sue Sue Sue till you’re out of business..
This is my concern as well.
As another poster said they started with Alex Jones with all the cancel culture stuff years ago...
and he also has influenced and done more in the way of exposing corruption than the rest of us could do in 10 lifetimes.
