I probably wouldn’t advocate abolishing fair legal processes over it but maybe that’s just me.
I’m old enough to remember when much of the right was having a fit over Alex attacking the Bushes and how we was some kind of leftist plant.
If you go back several years even here there was much consternation about him being some kind of leftist for opposing the Rino/neocon types
yet many of those same people now say the same kind of thing about the Bushes ......
So there is no video you can provide us to see him saying that on his show? His show that was on video?
Odd, I would think that clip would be showcased everywhere as undeniable proof.

I’m not party to any lawsuit. I heard his radio broadcast. I don’t know if there was ever video. I don’t record broadcasts I listen to
I don’t have to prove anything
